Everything was great!

Our stay was like arriving in a warm bath; we were received with a personal welcome from the owner. The hotel is extremely comfortable. It is full of details that made our stay truly great; one them the wellness with a lot of different saunas; such a pleasant experience! The room was of high quality; great beds and a wonderful shower. Everything clean, new and tastefull. I would highly recommend staying here.

Even there were no lunch hours, they prepare us snack. Yery kind. After sking and after check out they still let us have all amenities that we could use to prepare ourself for travel back home. And they also upgarde us room!

Great place! Very hospitable and cordial owners and service. Comfortable, spacious apartment. Exquisite and beautifully served dishes. You can walk to the ski station Ried in Kronplatz. What more do you want? If only an opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alpin Hotel Sonnblick, the staff was very friendly and polite. We stayed at the hotel one night for my boyfriend’s birthday, they greeted us and also upgraded our room to the marvelous penthouse room! everything was perfect and also the dinner and the breakfast were really nice. we have already suggested the hotel to some friends who have already booked! I suggest to book your experience at Alpin Hotel Sonnblick, you will really appreciate it!! you can enjoy the sauna and the pools, don’t forget the relaxing hydromassage with a beautiful view on the top of the hotel!!

Everything was perfect - maybe I would add a bit more bathroom amenities - i.e. soap.

The owners - family Brunner - approach to guests, their kindness and helpfullness was incredible. Choice of food and quality of food was unusual.

I would prefer to be informed in advance about the working hours of the wellness center and the restaurant in order to be able to actually use the facilities. I did not find any information neither in Booking or in their own website. The minus for us was that only after we arrived at the hotel we received a flair with the information about all the facilities. Practically we were not able to use any of the wellness facilities neither the day of our arrival, or the day when we checked out. And the most negative experience for us was that the staff was ok with that, like we were supposed to know the working hours of the wellness center and it is our fault that we missed it. They did not even try to excuse themselves or to compensate us for our loss. Another negativity was the service from our waiter. This lady spoke only German and Italian and was not able to explain us what we were served (the menu was also in those two languages).

The only fascinating thing which I can mention about the hotel was the interior - beautifully furnished, cozy and modern. The food was also very delicious. The dinner was with predefined menu and the breakfast buffet was very rich with lots of choices of sweet and savory. Only at the reception we were able to speak with someone who knew English and we received very helpful guidance of the status of the road to Tre Cime and recommendations what to do instead.
