Flo at reception took care of our every need-- he was so accommodating and supportive. The hotel was a nice little haven in the middle of a busy area in Rome, and was perfect for a night after traveling back on the train. We could not have been more impressed with the level of service.

What a wonderful hotel with the most exceptional manager. Flo made our stay extremely memorable from the minute we walked in. The rooms were spotless, with excellent AC and tv options too. Their terrace has stunning views and the team will even bring you drinks and nibbles up to the roof if you request it. No request is too much trouble for them. I would come back her without a doubt. As lovely as the hotel is, Flo is the reason it stood out for us. Truly impeccable service.

Room was a bit small (but what do you expect in Rome?). There was also a pretty bright street-lamp outside our window that stayed on all night.

Incredibly kind and informative concierge (Flo) who went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay comfortable, despite us only staying for one night. Free bottles of water in the fridge, free glass of prosecco + snacks. Flo also booked a dinner reservation for us and provided AMPLE information about recommendations for food.

Entrance to the building has steps this wasn't a major issue - we had luggage and a stroller which was a bit of a hassle but once up 2 sets of stairs there was a lift to take you to your room.

Very modern and clean. Staff friendly and were very happy to provide details and recommendations for places to see and eat. The room had all that would be needed - kettle , tea and coffee station, toiletries and extra pillows. WiFi included. We picked this hotel based on its location - very close to the train station and its was very handy

Great location, walking distance from Rome Termini, and to metro Repubblica. The room was clean (and cleaned everyday, amenities replaced etc), the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. The area has a few restaurants but not the best options. However, the team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us a map and explaining pretty much what we could find in each part of the city, best ways of transportation, places to eat and even some hidden gems that usually tourists have no idea. A huge thanks to Gabriel and Flo who were always accessible and ready to help! Overall it was a great value for money and an excellent introduction to Rome as it was our first time in the city.

Our quick stay in Rome was exceptional due to the hospitality provided by Flo right upon our arrival to the hotel. We only had 1.5 days in Rome before transferring, so had no agenda. Flo spent time to give us a great walking agenda to see many sites, excellent restaurants, and provided a very clean and comfortable place to sleep and freshen up. Very easy walking distance to the train station, and to all the sites. We started our day with breakfast on the rooftop terrace and ended our day with drinks on the terrace, what a fantastic space. Now one of our favorite places, and one of our favorite people we have met on our travels. Grazie mille, Flo!

Incredible hotel - I don’t tend to leave reviews but me and partner have not stopped telling our friends/family about the hotel and the friendliness of staff since we left Rome. The hotel is in a good location -15/20 mins from Colosseum/Roman forum/Pantheon/Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the metro station and for 7 euros we were able to get to Vatican City within 20 minutes. We also paid €28 euros to get to the airport via train which was much quicker and cheaper than taxi so the hotel being close to the station was a godsend early on departure day! Very good location which is away from all the hustle but close enough to be in walking distance. Rooms were lovely and spacious, had everything we needed including hairdryer and extra pillows. We requested an iron and this was brought up to us promptly! We enjoyed the balcony with a nice view of the city in the evenings. Staff were unreal - just so friendly and lovely and texted us throughout our stay with restaurant recommendations and tips for taxis and the train. They gave us a free drink and decorated the room for my partners birthday as well as a free breakfast box one morning. Flo and especially Gabriel who we had most contact with, we’re the perfect hosts who really made our trip memorable. This hotel has everything you need and you won’t regret staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s terrace. The staff was all very hospitable and made our stay so welcoming! They provided us with recommendations and feedback and were so attentive to all our needs. The rooms were clean and just as described. They have a beautiful terrace that has really nice views, and you can even order drinks downstairs at the reception and have it served to you. Location was within walking distance to most attractions or a short Uber ride away. We got invited for breakfast the next morning as a courtesy and were extended a warm welcome with complementary glasses of Prosecco. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Unfortunately it was very loud outside our room. Our window overlooked the alley. There was the usual trash taking out and trash collecting noise at night. After the first night I asked about the crazy racket but the staff didn't know what I was talking about. Again the second night there was so much noise I could not fall asleep even with earplugs. We never figured out the source of the loud banging that would go on until after 1 am.

The staff was incredible! Flo especially was very friendly and helpful giving many recommendations and specific instructions. The location was fairly close to the train station. It is about 25-30 minutes to the coliseum and such. So a decent walk. The room was nice but small. The roof terrace has a nice view and you can get drinks delivered to it. We were offered a glass of prosecco upon check in. The staff scheduled us a taxi for our early morning flight.

Staffs are welcoming and very nice. They gave a lot of suggestions and advice, very helpful! If you need travel with Trains, this is a good place to stay, it’s safe. Good restaurants are just at the corner. It’s walking distance to all attractions.

The hotel was great - the location, cleanliness, facilities and terrace were all above expectations. However, the real gem here is the staff at Sophie Terrace and what separates this place from the pack. Flo and the rest of the staff at Sophie Terrace (everyone!) went above and beyond in every way to help us have a great stay. They gave us great advice on what to see, what restaurants to visit, and even helped book a last minute taxi that saved the day. It was a stay we won't soon forget and we'll be recommending it to anyone that visits Rome in the future :)
