Finding out the location was a big challenge due to language issues and the poor internet access on the mobile phone. It took us more than an hour to get inside our room, many phone calls and asking people nearby for help. I recommend the host to provide better information to the exact access method 2 days before arriving. Also the first night we had very noisy guests in the other room of our unit, they got a party going beyond midnight! The B&B is actually like Airbnb in the United States, not a typical Bed and Breakfast we thought. It’s an apartment in a residential building complex. When we got there, we were looking for a big hotel name sign, which is no clear to be seen. That got us in panic. There’s a big gap between expectations and reality.

The breakfast is milk, yogurt, croissant, cereals. There’s a super market across the street, we bought groceries there and made dinner in the kitchen.

Im a lite sleeper, and could sometimes hear other guests if they bang the lift closed

Emilia was a terrifc host. We were met with courtesy and kindness, and even a hot espresso while we settled in. This place is easy, and close to everything we wanted to see. Look for parking close early in the morning. Make friends and have a good time!

Our host was very friendly and met us on arrival. Communication was great. Nice and clean with easy coded entry meaning no keys or cards. Located was great, just behind Vatican City and far away from central Rome. Wonderful restaurants and Bono's Sandwich bar close by (highly recommended).

It is very close from St. Peter’s basilica and there are also good restaurants in the area. Asmaa the staff is also excellent and very friendly.

The room could be doing with freshening up, I.e. painting, the bathroom needs upgrading.

Location is great, supermarket at rear of property and air conditioning was a blessing!

Emilia, our host is super friendly and helpful, always available for any question, advice or anything. Location is excellent, very close to train station San Prieto, walking distance from the Vatican, 5 minutes walking from a Supermarket and very quiet area for a good rest. Room was very clean and comfy, breakfast was good: good coffee, fresh pastry, milk cookies etc.

Squeaky bed was a little let down. Every time I was moving in the bed it was making annoying noise and waking up me and other person in the room. Bathroom door was hard to open and close. Apart that everything else was excellent

Sorry, but I have to say that, it was meant to be a hotel, as I’ve received a hotel offer from booking.com. But surprisingly, we faced an old residential building(guest house) with a scary lift and lots of noise at night and an awful smell from outside and a low water pressure for showering. Also, keep in mind that there is no obvious sign of the hotel, only a small sign on the building’s wall. (We were looking for the address for about 20 minutes). We paid for the room which was breakfast included but actually, we didn’t receive a real breakfast. It was only a croissant with a small cup of coffee. which was just okay!

Emilia was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was superb. After a few minutes of walking, you'll find yourself in the heart of the Vatican.

Air conditioner was a bit leaky but it did the job.

Breakfast was nice, there was always coffee, fresh croissants, yogurts, jam, nutella and bottles of water in the fridge. Room was very nice, spacious and always clean. Location is superb being able to walk to most major attractions in Rome. Check-in was very easy and the host provided very clear information on how to reach our room regardless of the late hour when we arrived.

The bed was on the hard side. A little farther walk to all of the other attractions in Rome but we did choose the location knowing this!

Great location near the Vatican! We were lucky enough to find free street parking! Emilia was a great host!
