I really couldn't fault anything at all!

Our room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities and extras we could possibly want. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good - huge selection of food and all of very good quality. We thought the little extras that the hotel provided - prosecco in the evening, snacks and free soft drinks from the mini bar in our room, were great and very generous. The hotel was calm and classy but with a friendly and homely feeling about it. The location was fabulous - just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and main attractions.

The location is perfect, very close to everything you need. Breakfast is hearty delicious and exceed our expectation. Room is beautiful and very well designed. We also enjoyed Giovanny Galli chocolate as welcome gift which was very good. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Beautifully decorated, artistic boutique hotel. Comfortable spacious room. Lots of nice free snacks available 24/7. Robes, in-room coffee, good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. On a relatively quiet side street but in the heart of the main attractions.

Our room, 32 was next to the lift. Some noise from this during the night. Woke me each night. But the beds were so comfy I quickly fell back to sleep.

Amazing location, the staff were all so lovely and helpful. Giving great recommendations of places to eat. A gorgeous breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable with no street noise

Other than parking if you are renting a car. But this is a problem throughout the city of Milan. Otherwise: Nothing to improve. There is no need to mess with something that is running smoothly and fulfills what is required of it.

The location is by far it's greatest asset... a short walk from anywhere down by the Duomo. The employees are second to none in providing help and attending to our requests. The breakfast is phenomenal. It is a full breakfast that will take you through lunch as well and very tasty. Everything was A++. We will return here on our next trip to Milan.

The room was small, the pillows a bit hard, the price a bit steep.

The staff are exceptionally kind, gracious, cheerful, and accommodating. The location is superb. There are many delightful extras -- orchids in the room, chocolates at reception, free drinks in the evening and an excellent, abundant, delicious breakfast, with all sorts of offerings. The housecleaning is terrific.
