Truly nothing.

Basically everything. Very beautiful house that really makes you feel that you're now "living" in Toscana. The cleanliness, the decoration, the very large space with beautiful furniture and a super kitchen. The hostess was also very helpful and met us at the door at exactly the right time we had agreed. She was also very helpful with her recommendatons about what to do and where to eat.

Potential guests should be aware that there are 33 steps up to the flat, noteworthy only for those with mobility issues. A microwave would have been helpful for all our leftovers (we ate WELL!)

Three of us stayed in this lovely house in Pienza for 3 weeks as a central location from which to visit other hill towns in Tuscany. I can't imagine a better choice. Three restaurants outside our door and a coffee bar steps away on the main square made it all the better. Our hostess was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The house was immaculately clean, very well-furnished and comfortable for our 3 week stay.

This is a fabulous appartement located central Pienza. It is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and looks on to the Piazza Spagna . You will love staying here.

The property looks better than in the pictures, traditional style yet modern. Well mantained, 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom. Very well located, restaurants down at the entrance. We enjoyed the property.

The house is amazing! We felt privileged that we spent two days there with our friends. We had the feeling that an old friend from Pienza invited us to her home. Very clean ,well equipped with everything we needed. Federica was very polite and willing to reply to our questions. Pienza is a very beautiful and picturesque village. It worth to stay there if you want to explore Val D Orcia. We really enjoyed it

What a lovely Tuscany experience to stay in this house…right in the centre of Pienza overlooking an attractive square. The house is spotless and beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Lovely pottery and dishes to admire and for a late night film even has Netflix. We were. 3 couples and we sat around the kitchen table everymorning making plans and enjoying an Italian style breakfast. The Host was always available to answer questions and responded immediately when we contacted her before arrival. Count yourself lucky if you manage to book this property.

Federica, the host, combined charm, kindness & efficiency. Has wonderful taste in furnishings and had decorated the apartment for Christmas as if it were her home; just fabulous! Also gave wonderful tips for restaurants & thermal spas in the area. Hope to return soon.

Frederica's house is in a fabulous location in a lovely square just off the main street. You get a lovely local interaction staying right in the centre of beautiful Pienza. The house is a traditional Italian home with some modern touches. As we were a couple, the bedrooms on the upper floor are locked, so friends should take note incase you expect the use of 2 or 3 bedrooms if you travel as singles. But the one level for us as a couple staying with bedroom en-suite , living room and kitchen with a morning sunny balcony, was still a large space to enjoy. The TV is big and has Netflix. Kitchen has all that is needed for simple meals. The en-suite is modern, fine and functional and plenty of towels were provided. I would happily stay again and imagine it would be great to have the full use of the house if rented for a group of friends or family.

Amazing place, the best location! The apartment is right in the center, in a square with 3 restaurants, out of which Sette di Vino, the best one in the city. The place is really wonderful, extremely spacious and it tells a story! The host was great and the welcoming lovely!

Wonderful house in the old town of Pienza, with excellent comfort and decoration. The owner, Federica and her daughter were very welcoming and took care of us during our stay. They provided excellent tips for places to visit, restaurants and where to park. We came with a big car and it was no problem to find a safe parking place every day. Pienza is a fantastic location for exploring the Val d‘Orcia with delicious food. The house is perfectly prepared for your stay, like being at home with high quality bed, linens, furniture, smart TVs (3), washing machine. Everything! Federica will welcome you with a bottle of Prosecco and water in the fridge. There is a little and cute balcony with a lot of sun for the breakfast. All perfect! It feels like living for a week in the Tuscany, real Italian life 😉

Wonderful location after we found a space to park. Beautiful decor - great kitchen - good beds and baths. Was up two floors but easy stairs. We loved this spot!
