We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Uncovered but private parking spot. Friendly staff was the best of my stay. They helped me with booking restaurants and various questions.

The hotel is not so far from the town Castel di Sangro (1 km) but my mother cannot walk so the staff was so amabile to take us and pick up during pur stay !🌞

United KingdomOther guests!!! Noisy and rude, loud talking in the corridors into the wee hours of the morning. Awful. Woke up multiple times during two nights. The standard rooms do look dated but are clean and comfortable.
The breakfast (buffet) is exceptional, one of the best i can remember; huge variety of choice, in details: from fresh chilies to non dairy and gluten free options, from non caffeinated hot drinks to fresh honeycomb. The common areas are smart and modern and there is an indoor play area for kids. The staff are lovely

United KingdomI had a highly disappointing stay at Sport Village Hotel & Spa, marked by several significant issues. The air conditioning was set to heating on a warm day, making our room uncomfortably hot at 24.5°C, and the only solution offered was to open the noisy windows. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the room's aged and deteriorated furniture did not match the advertised images. Customer service was poor, with the front desk showing little interest in addressing our concerns, and to add to our dissatisfaction, the pool was closed. Furthermore, a discount promised for the air conditioning issue was not honored at checkout, adding to the overall frustration of our visit.
Not much really, but if I had to pick one thing, the breakfast was decent.
