Staff was beyond excellent. The facility was clean, beautifully decorated, great dining and an amazing view. This facility is top-notch and the staff take it over the edge. They are so helpful and gracious. We didn't speak Italian, just English and all the staff we dealt with were excellent and so helpful. They made our stay one we will never forget. I prefer a firmer cushion to sleep on, but other than that it was perfect.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. There's a very cozy feel to the place which I find very relaxing. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and dinner was excellent. As for the wellness area, the pool offers a breathtaking view of the Sassopiatto and Sassolungo mountains. There's a nice sized spa with the sauna/Turkish bath area and a relaxation room. My wife booked a massage and said it was great. All in all a fantastic stay.

Tough of roads to drive up to hotel,presently ok but thinking of future with less experiences drivers but when you up to plain hotel areas, wow it is breathtaking stunning sceneries with back of Sassalungo.Not our negative just hint.We definitely will come back in late spring.

Perfect location ,for good remembering of Dolomities , one of my buckt list.Great mountains surrounded the hotel that could be seen 360degree.Services of hotel are great with good pool to cooling the exhausted walking. Excellent breakfast with more than enough varieties.Grateful for hospitalitiies,

Everything. The view was excellent, and the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were great. All staff were good smiling and services. Special thanks to them for the breatiful birthday cake and card.

Just a recommendation, breakfast to start earlier. 06:00/07:00. The schedule for the pool/sauna to be until later. 20:30/21:00. It is good for people who want to do mountain trails. Because you leave as early as possible and return late.

Everything was spectacular. If i could pick something it would be that the hot tub wasn't hot this time of year, but that is personal preference.

The hotel staff were spectacularly helpful, from charging the rental car to booking a massage and direction. I do not know Italian, but had plenty of fun conversations with them.

The taste of the food at dinners was good, but no more than that.

Fantastic location. Beautiful views. A sky-lift close by. Very pleasant swimming pool with a mountain view. Good saunas. Excellent design of the lobby, with really good pictures at the walls. Elegant and rich breakfast and dinner.

Everything was wonderful - the view - AMAZING, the room was lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was very clean, and breakfast was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again. Thanks, Sharon

Wonderful staff and the location We had half board which meant we were treated to a very delicious 4 course dinner each evening as well as a lovely breakfast buffet The relaxing pool and spa was another fantastic experience at this hotel Highly recommend staying there

Dinner was too “high end” for us. Although we didn’t left hungry, the dishes were not to our taste most of the time, and too expensive for what you get in my opinion. Plus, they charge extra for drinks at dinner, even though they didn’t state that in the first place, and the price of the dinner is high to begin with (38€ per person).

The breakfast was amazing. The staff is very nice and made us feel comfortable at all times. The pool and the sauna are worth visiting! Bed was soft and comfortable and we liked the bathrobes and slippers.
