The front desk staff was very helpful and helped in all matters. The hotel is very clean and in the best location by the gondola. The architecture has been planned with good taste and nice mixture of modern and traditional design.

The headboard of bed and the couch in seating area are made of textile - which absorbs more powder than other materials (e.g. synthetic leather or velvet) - people allergic to powder might find it less comfortable.

I can't fault the hotel. The staff were excellent, a very warm welcome after a long drive. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and the hot options were delicious. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evening as there was so much choice in the village.

There are plenty of superlatives to say about this fantastic little gem in the Livigno Alps area, such as modern interiors, comfortable beds, functional rooms, great amenities, ski-in/out location, attention to detail etc etc. The biggest differentiator of all is however the hospitality of the staff. I stayed for a week with our 6 year old for a dad-son ski trip and the staff truly made it a delightful and memorable experience. It really felt like staying with good friends. I travel quite a lot and it really is rare to find this type of excellent and genuine service. Can certainly recommend staying here. Look no further

For summer vacations it would be nice to be in the city center. With the free and powerful eBikes it is easy to ride 1km to city center.

The hotel offers a great package and very friendly stuff. We very positive impressed!!! Beside all the nice convenience options the hotel offers for bikers (MTB) the possibility to clean the bike, tools for adjustments and a separate locked room.

We couldn't find the bike storage even though the receptionist told us a place. It was hard to find. :)

The facility exceeds our expectations. Breakfast was fantastic with all the choice of cold and warm food. Double comfort room was good. The superior room was very comfortable. Garage was a bit small but we have a big car (GL). The spa was amazing. Especially after Stelvio bike climb. The mini aquapark was a great place for our son. Overall, almost perfect vacation.

Everything was perfect, only I would maybe move the checkin from 15 to 14 o'clock and checkout at 10 is too early, 11 would be perfect... We only wanted to enjoy more this paradise.

All the staff from reception to a maintenance technician randomly met in the garage have been so incredibly welcoming, it warms the heart. Room (superior double) exceptionally clean, well maintained, bed super comfy... All mini bar items included in room rate.. MY DOGS WERE MOST WELCOMED WITH TWO LITTLE DOG BEDS WITH BLANKETS!! BOWLS AND SNACKS! (best dog friendly hotel, only small fee charged and a huge service received). The WELLNESS was awesome, especially as split into kids part and adult only (thanks for that, amazing idea), many treatments available; quite a large pool, jacuzzi corners, several saunas, salt room, relaxation spaces, refreshments.. Breakfast was heavenly! With "à la carte" items that were prepared FRESH FOR YOU, such as pancakes, scrambled eggs with variations.. And a "goodbye box" received when checking out... I never wanted to leave.

The room wasn't isolated from the sounds from the corridor, so sometimes it was hard to sleep in the evening/morning. No visible efforts towards sustainability - lots of one-time use products etc. Restaurant offer, menu, and prices not transparent
