Lovely location, underground garage parking, so no need for shovels and icepicks in the morning, very friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. Good restaurants in easy walking distance, so no having to get back into the car after a long drive. Lovely alpine atmosphere and views, and comfortable rooms. Also, the en suite had a bath as well as a shower. I do like a nice warm bath after a long drive.

A real coffee machine in the room would have been better, but overall, it was very good.

Really clean, a perfect little hostel for a few days ! They managed to make very good cocktails (thanks, Mister) for 6e, priceless in a nice sofa with great decorations. THIS is good accomodation.

Location ( close to smaller gondola so great for skiing ), very comfortable, rooms are a good size , comfy bed, nice shower , good breakfast and friendly staff .

There is only the free hourly bus from the bus station to the hotel, no shuttle offered by the hotel, and it is a very hilly walk of 20 minutes to the hotel. Luckily the barman offered to take us back on our last day.

Staff and service was outstanding, caring, friendly. Especially, housekeeping, bar man and breakfast waitress. All were so helpful, making sure rooms were spotless, driving us to the bus station on our last day to get bus back to Geneva even though this is not normally offered, and recommending and booking us into a fabulous restaurant called 4810 for our last evening.

Loved the warmth and welcoming nature of Stella Del Nord. The rooms were unbelievably comfortable. Food was excellent (of course - the is is Italy!). And all of the staff were wonderful - just exceptional.

The Wifi connection in the bedroom could have been better.

The restaurant food was very good. The staff were friendly personable and helpful, adding color to the trip and experience. The hotel had a fantastic view from the dining room.

Quite a small rooms (quadruple). Not enough place to dry clothes after skiing. For sauna you pay per person, not for time.

Next time I'll go there and I will for sure, I will request a different room than no 12. If you're as tall as me 1.96m and you request single bed let them know in advance. The WiFi is not working in the room. The sound isolation of the room needs improvement.

I liked everything, but the crew is making this place amazing. The food is fantastic too with amazing wine selection.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, particularly Lucía who went over and above to ensure everything was amazing for us. She really is the most wonderful thoughtful person. Marco was delightful too, he was in the bar mainly, a wealth of knowledge and couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home and be comfortable. Just a wonderful place, wonderful people. Just to mention the evening meal, a little more choice would have been nice, although €35 was good value for three courses. Great location for the ski lift. Overall. Just wonderful.

Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, tea by the fire at 5pm, and the optional evening meal was absolutely delicious. Fab location near Dolonne lift and 4810 ski rental who were brilliant (book in advance for a 15% discount ). Everything was much better than we expected, thank you.

Friendly and accommodating staff that went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and comfortable. This included the chef making a special lunch for them to deliver to my son in-room while he was on crutches and unable to come out and ski. Location was amazing; we could take a flat walk to the Dolonne Gondola in 10 minutes. Dinner was absolutely phenomenal, rivaling best restaurants in taste and presentation. Sophie at the front desk is a kind and thoughtful gem! We look forward to returning.

The hotel is tucked away at the top of the road next to Dolonne village. Perfect location to take in the views, walk to the gondola, and an easy 20 minute walk to the main part of town. Staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice. A++
