The breakfast was very good. Regularly replenished and unlimited coffee. Friendly staff. Location was good for accessing the town and beach. Some road noise but not a problem in the room when the windows were closed. Everything was spotlessly clean

While we found the space for unloading our luggage upon arrival a bit limited, the hotel staff was quickly available to assist us with handling them. Their efficiency and friendliness made this minor inconvenience quickly forgotten.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, always ready to meet our needs. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the city center, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation. Additionally, the private parking covered, secure and a large entrance right next to the hotel added peace of mind to our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rapallo.

It is on a busy road which means some traffic noise is inevitable. It was quiet overnight however

The property is only a 5-10 minute walk from the station. It was clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Our room faced front and was noisy. The road noise made it impossible to have our windows open. Otherwise no complaints. Super staff good breakfast

Perfect base both for Rapallo and for exploring further afield. Genoa, cinque Terra. Portofino etc all within easy reach by public transport.

Difficult to find parking around, rooms a bit old fashion but I think is normal in Italy.

Our room faced the main street which is very, very noisy (even in Italian standard). This is probably OK during cold weather as the doors of the balcony are very well isolated. But when is hot, and you close the doors, and switch on the air condition, it is blowing directly on your head.

This was an excellent location for us as the conference venue was located across the road. We came with car so parking organized by the hotel - although expensive - was necessary and well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially ladies that served breakfast, thank you. Also, there are grocery stores nearby which is also very convenient.

It was a little noisy with the windows open but we’re double glazed so that was easy fixed. Had a great ocean glimpse from my room and deck on roof.

It was comfortable and quite large for Italy. Short walk from central town area.

The Location was excellent and close to the beach, The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. the roof terrace was also a lovely place to relax and look at the view. Rapallo is a wonderful town with many excellent Bars and Resturaunts

Extremely helpful, friendly and fun staff. Effective air conditioning - essential to be comfortable in the heat. Secure parking 1 min from hotel. Close to the centre of Rapallo with bars, restaurants and beaches. Wonderful sun terrace on the roof - very cool at night.

Good location, clean and nice sized room, lovely helpful hotel desk staff, close to supermarket and room had a bar fridge to store and cool food. We loved the rooftop terrace and had a picnic antipasto dinner up there one evening when It had cooled down. Air-conditioning and bathroom were good also.

Parking it's a tiny bit expensive, but I was willing to cover the cost due to the lack of parking spots in the vicinity

I appreciated its location, on one of Rapallo's main roads that allow a quick connection to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino (which I recommend to reach by bus). Both the room and the bathroom were functional and suitable for two people, just remember to take earplugs as a traffic road is just on its side. Breakfast buffet offered a reasonable variety of foods, both savory and sweet, pluz local products such as focaccia (delicious) soft cheese and typical Ligure biscuits. I really enjoyed our stay.

It’s a charming little hotel. Super close to the beach/waterfront and the city centre. Comfy bed and pillow. Really clean and private bathroom. There’s even a supermarket right across the street. Ideal to stay there a few nights.

The hotel is on quite a busy road. But the double glazing works really well, you can hardly hear anything from inside. Parking and pets charged as extra so check the booking details on booking.com first.

The staff at Hotel Stella make this hotel such a great place to stay. Good rates and the location is excellent, just 2 minutes from the sea. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable beds. This hotel accepts pets, so 5 stars thank you! Make sure you take the cable car up to the church, the view is incredible.
