We seriously could not find fault with the accommodation or the service and good value

We arrived late into Catania, we booked a taxi via the host and were brought right to the door. The receptionist was there up til 8pm. . She was very professional and helped us up to the 1st floor with our bags as the lift only started on the 2nd floor. She showed us how to use the electricity . There is only one bed and as we are not a couple, I slept on the very comfy couch. . We had coffee and tea in the kitchen. Water was in the fridge. The room was clean and comfortable. Well maintained. Our host also recommended some local restaurant for dinner and it was very good. I am writing this review for a friend as I booked the accommodation for them. These are their words

Elevator very very slow and Its most than one flight of stairs at beginning. Cleaners forgot toilet paper and bed was little squeaky.

Location was perfect! Apartment was great with a wonderful view and atmosphere. Noise from restaraunt was no bother.

If I had to find something to improve, it's the fact that there is no service to leave your luggage, especially since check-out takes place until 10:00 a.m. at the latest. It would have been very useful to be able to leave our luggage somewhere until we had our flight in the afternoon

Very good central location. Very good accommodation conditions, clean and with all the things you need. The large apartment (2 bathrooms, 2 balconies) is very roomy for 3 people. The small kitchen is equipped with the necessary things.

The bed mattress was poor quality, not supportive and not constructed using individual pocket springs but traditional coiled spring mattress that means when one sleeper turns that will wake up the other one. That caused unrested sleep. One of the TV remote controller didn't work because the batteries were flat. The sound proof was bad. You could hear the next door and the people talking in the corridor.

The host was helpful and friendly. The checked in was easy and smooth. The apartment was clean. Great location.

The place is very pleasant. At first - very nice location, you are close to many attracions shopping places, restaurants and cafes, but you must have in mind that booking the place outiside the holiday season may cause trouble with opening hours of some premises and you have to include an anfternoon break in theirs functioning. The apartament balcony really does its job, in clear air mostly on early mornings you may be suprised by the view of Etna, meanwhile in the evenings you can experience the bustling life in the street below. When we arrived all of the rooms were neatly cleaned and were distinguished by their spaciousness. Clever and functional desing! The cleaning staff and local residents do not cause any problems, they are friendly and helpfull too, so you don’t have to worry about feeling unsafe in this area and be afraid to ask questions. I recommend this apartament to a first-time Sycylia visitors in the vacation season and persons previously experienced in travel because because the place will still make a positive suprise for you.

Everything was wonderful, the apartment was clean, well-structured, in the center of Catania, quite close to the train station and the old center. Everything was exactly as in the description on the booking, and Edoardo, our host, is an exceptional man, who helps you in any problem and who advises you on what to do and visit in Sicily. I strongly recommend this wonderful location!👏👏👏

Friday and Saturday night there is loud music from the pizzeria across the street, but it is not the property's fault. I did not take into consideration this aspect when I rated it. It was not a problem from us, but it may be for someone else.

The accommodation is situated right behind the main street of Catania (via Etnea). The apartment I booked had 1.5 bathrooms which was great, a big living/dining area and a comfy bedroom. There were two balconies with front street view. It was very clean and well equipped. When we arrived the reception was close, but the checkin was pretty straightforward. Right in front of it there is the best pizzeria from Catania.

Very clean, warm (not cold) and good temperature, TOP location and many extras like Hair Dryer, Washing machine, Air Conditioner, Dishwasher and TV’s with subtitles on every program! Very good quality and great service! The towels was good folded. The toilet was clean and hygiene treated. About the location - it had many restaurants around it and that was good and fast to get food. The staff is more than amazing and incredible and kind all together!!! They will show you everything you need to know, what to do, what not to do , always helping when needed and you can contact them easy!

There are a lot of stairs to the second floor and the elevator is not working. It was difficult for me, because I have a problem with my leg.

The location is perfect. It is close to the most important things to see. The apartment is nice, there is everything what you need.
