How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

One of the staff was not really pleasant, and I needed an invoince after my stay but they never answered me..
I had a great stay. The staff was not always very pleasant but it's not a big deal. The room was clean enough and the location is great. I would recommend for a short stay as it's a good value for the price.

My room on the 5th floor of their second building was extremely hot, almost unbearably so, and the air conditioning system did not seem to work even when on the lowest temperature setting and maximum fan speed. There was also a very strong odour of sewerage or something similar in the room, possibly from a leaky pipe somewhere. With those two things fixed this would be a great short stay room.
The hotel is in a very good location and the staff were friendly. The reception area is nice and there is a good pizza shop next door. Being right across the road from the Roma Termini station means there's very easy access to transport for most of the city as well as the airport, and a number of major tourist attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are within walking distance for those who don't mind being on their feet for half an hour or so.

Poor breakfast, smell in the room, room outside of main building (weak wifi).
Not bad location, near Termini train station, main monuments waling distance. But any other location near Metro will be better.

It was a warm day, when I go my room the AC was not working. Asked the receptionist about the problem, she said the all rooms has no AC and are working on it. Problem was not fixed.

Over all the hotel was exceptional. Location was great, room was good, bathroom was good. My family are not picky, as long as we have a place to sleep.

The furniture is basic it suitable for short staying only. Also the room without sound proof, You can hear the noise. Old furniture and walls. Not valuable for the cost.
The location near to the train station and termini for bus station make the movement easy even the hop on hop off bus station for first tour in front of the hotel, the airport shuttle bus from in front of the hotel for 7€ and there is also train to the airport from the train station cost 8€.

Poor WiFi in the room. That side of Termini is not a great area at night.
Good location for sights, restaurants, supermarket, fast food and airport bus. Cheerful staff, clean room, hot water. Liked all the USB charging points.

The only thing I didn’t like was that although clean , the bathroom at certain periods of the day, would emanate a foul smell almost like a sewage…. There is a plumbing problem going on there. In order to sleep one really had to shut tight the bathroom door and open the window of the room. Stays in Rome are expensive so this hotel although very basic, it is overpriced compared to other cities in Europe.
Very close to subway and Roma Termini station if you need to access those a lot to reach certain areas ( Barberini, Piazza do Popolo, , Monti, Coliseum) Actually quite close to Monti and it’s restaurants( one subway stop or 12 minutes walking). Walking to the Pantheon area would be a 30 minute walk, so not close to the main sites in the historic Centro if that is your main purpose.

All, except the elevator was small, and would bounce when it was about to move or land. I really liked that the Tour buses had a stop almost in front of it

Rooms very small but I think usual for Rome city centre.
The location right at TERMINI for buses and trains. Eateries galore right next door. It's good for solo travellers and short stays with reasonably priced rooms.

The furnishings were old and there was just a tiny bit of moldy smell. The cloth hangers were like they were taken from all different stores with differing sizes and shapes. But these are still alright when you consider its price amongst other hotels.
Prime location for anyone visiting Rome for the first time. Good enough room for solo travelers considering the value/price ratio. Clean bathroom.
