Decent value, great location, nice staff

A lot of small inconveniences - broken bathroom doors, hard to operate washing machine, one of the bathrooms had no water pressure in the shower, the other had good pressure but you couldn’t control temperature. Also, there’s no good place for a family to just sit and relax. If they invested just a little bit in getting some better furniture in the sitting room and made some repairs, this place would be absolutely perfect. As is, it’s a good value, but it could be excellent.

The location is excellent. Close to busy area but quiet itself. Decent value. Staff was very considerate with our concerns even if they weren’t able to solve.

The list is very long and has been raised with both management and booking.com. The property is not as advertised and requires immediate maintenance. Wifi did not work on access to the property such that I had to wait for another occupant to let me in the front door. The internal door is broken so I had to use a key placed under the mat. I was advised that I could not dead bolt the doors as these were broken. Wifi was intermittent throughout the stay. Because of this I had to carry the master front door key and door key throughout Both toilets require urgent repair. In one bathroom, the toilet has a large crack in the seat such that it presents a safety hazard. In the other, the toilet seat has entirely disconnected from the toilet bowl such as to render it unusable. What appears to be black mould is present under the taps of the main bathroom Television Does not work. (despite changing the batteries) Window facing the street requires urgent repair to the shutters- the handle is about to fall of such as to render the shutter unusable There is no ‘dining table’ merely the food preparation bench. The air conditioning does not work (despite changing the batteries and pointing various remotes) The kettle produces a white film after water is boiled inside it and needs to be immediately replaced. The lights are such as they emit light even when turned off. This means you are sleeping with the lights on. Second bedroom The blinds do not reach the full length of the window. The ‘bed’ upstairs is unsafe and protected by a rail on one side only. Every time you want to go upstairs you have to use this rail and pull it out from the wall. The stairs are steep and too narrow. Second bathroom- in addition to toilet issue discussed above, shower is too small to be usable by anyone of normal stature Washing machine is small and can only be accessed by shoving ill-designed doors out of out of the way. (previous scuff marks visible on the carpentry

Positives: location in travastere proximity to supermarket stove and washing machine

    Poorly maintained and managed apartment

Access requires a mobile phone with international roaming or Italian SIM and data. Too bad if we have just arrived in Italy in the early evening or on a Sunday when mobile phone shops are closed. Air conditioner in main living area did not work. Gas hot water system faulty. Freezer compartment of refrigerator did not work, with a pool of water on floor every morning. Lights do not turn off completely at night, so the bedrooms are not completely dark. The block out blinds only cover half the windows. No microwave. Kitchen could be better equipped. Only one kitchen towel for 4 nights. A warning: this property is managed by an agency located in Naples, so don't expect any personal support should something go wrong.
