Hardest place to find. It took us over 1 hour even after asking the locals. No one knew where it was. They kept sending us at different places. By the time we got to our room we were very frustrated. The toilet seat was missing and the shower was difficult to get in and out.

There were some ants in the room. The door lock wasn't working but there is only a handle on the inside to open it and you need the key to open it from the outside.

The residence was located close to the highway, so you could hear the traffic all night. The internet was not working. The staff was very friendly when we asked for something, however not pro-active. For example, we were arriving very late, so they would send us a code for the lockbox for they keys, but we had to ask for it. It also seemed the gate closes after midnight, and we were not told. We were lucky to arrive just before midnight, but we had indicated to arrive later, so if we would have been less lucky, we could have been locked out with no entry possibility.

The room was more than large enough, very clean, and it was not too far from the airport. When we didn't succeed in booking a taxi ourselves, we contacted the staff and they arranged a taxi from their own taxi service. It arrived at the proposed time, and the driver was very friendly, even showed us the rental company at the airport.

The most negative point is that the street is very noisy, with a lot of traffic. Also it's located very close to a big hospital so we hear a lot of ambulances sirens day and night.

The room was very clean and big, with air conditioning. There is also a small fridge. The owner was quick to answer our questions or requests.

When we got to the room, there was an open and used milk carton in the refrigerator, and one of the three water bottles was also open and used. Besides, the coffee maker was full of used capsules. The furniture was very worn. The building is located in what appears to be an industrial park and the views are not very pleasant.

It’s next to the street. Very busy and loud. The place was not clean and I also contacted the booking.com helpdesk - there was here in different spots of the apartment. Even inside the bed.

Do not book this! The photos on the booking platforms (like booking.com) are not displaying the reality. Several things in the apartment were broken, like the toilet, and it is well overpriced. After we complained to our contact person, they never responded. our stay did not make us feel comfortable and we were very disappointed. The room was not in the state it was displayed in the photos on booking.com and essential things were non-functional like the toilet. We should have read the reviews on google first and then not book this. The staff is unserious, they sent us the wrong code and we had to call them to get into the room, the rooms are in a worse condition than showed on photos. Glad we only stayed for one night. Bed is very uncomfortable.

First of all the check-in is made at distance, nothing much important if they didn’t start by giving us the wrong key numbers. We choosed this room by taking in account the photos … lamentably the room has nothing to do with the photos. Starting with the corridor and the entrance smelling literally a urine, the room looked like it hasn’t been opened in a month . The blind of the window besides looking like they never been cleaned , it didn’t closed, so we had to sleep the first night with the blind opened. The towels of the shower … a shame ( we took photos of everything) . The water of the coffe machine was a reflection of everything… brown water. The walls of the room also dirty ( very dirty) . Shortly , we arrived at Cagliari at 21:00 , sleeped on that room , the next day we tried to contact someone unsuccessfully,( until today we are waiting for a call..), and went to other place. Don’t come ..

The room smellzd of cigarettes The ashtray on the balcony was full of old cigarettes so the cleaning was not well done. The matresses were extremely uncomfortable and rhe headboards were peeling. It is a totally substandard hotel

The room did not, at all, correspond to the pictures we saw when booking the apartment. The window blinds were falling apart, the headboard of the bed was scratched, and the shower door was falling apart. The location was out of the centre and the only transportation we had was one bus and taxis (when we could find one).

The location

The location is very bad, far from the the city center and beach/club area. There is only 1 bus going to this area, which was driving the whole city taking almost 45 mins. Nearby supermarket was 20 mins away. The rest was okay…
