There is no lobby where you can seat except your room. Air conditioning working only after 19:00 pm. Room was old but clean.

Air conditioning was not anvailable after 1 am at night. The rest of the night was so hot I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was on the other side of the hallway. Had expected a little more at this price.

Very basic room. Quite expensive for what you get but you pay for the location. Air conditioning was on a limited evening timer, without an alternative fan. Poor wifi connection.

It was written that the rooms have airconditioner but it was working only between 7.30 pm and 1 am. The ventilation of toilet was not sufficient.

Very kind and welcoming host! Air conditiong in the evenings, mosquito repellent in the room was very helpful. Very clean room, sheets and bathroom! Perfectly situated close to train or bus station, close to the beach and supermarkets.

It’s 1 star so everything I could say is that it reflects that so I was not afraid to have the shower without the box or to have no fridge in the room. The only thing that could be disturbing is that every noise coming from the street or neighbours is really audible but luckily I came in a very quiet period. Would help to have a kettle in the room so that people could make instant coffee or tea at least. As said, everything was fine and I’ll certainly consider to come back whenever possible!

Surprisingly had a double bed room Even if I paid for single bed. Room was clean and all essential and necessary things were available! The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. He also allowed me to keep my bag there for a couple of hours the day of the departure and allowed me to change so that I could enjoy a few time by the sea before leaving

A little bit noisy.. not inside the hotel, I mean because it’s our room is close to the street roads even the door is closed you can still still hear the sounds of all motorcycles.

It’s in the heart of Sestri levante.. not so far at the beach, and not so far at the station. Plus it’s near to center. Over all the location is very good for us.

location was excellent. a one star hotel, so I had no expectations in terms of utilities, comfort etc, especially since I booked it as a place to crash after a full day of travel. great value for money, clean. staff was very helpful and courteous.

The 'private bathroom' was in what looked like a cupboard in the corridor opposite my room. It was a wet room. There was nowhere to put my clothes while I showered and I didn't want to walk in the corridor in just a towel. Some rooms were ensuite which I had expected mine to be , I asked to change the room but was told there wasn't another available.

The aircondition only works between 7.30 pm to 1.00 pm, which leaves the room extremely hot during the night. We had to keep the balcony door open to let som fresh air in, and ended up with lots of mosquito bites. Also the street outside is very noisy. The room didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom was not very comfortable.

Nice location and friendly staff! The receptionist let us store our luggage in the hotel after checkout, which is highly appreciated.

Air conditioner was only functioning between 7:30 pm and 3:30 am. During the hot days, it was not easy to cool off after the beach when the AC was not functioning. The shower was over the floor of the bathroom / toilet so it was quite slippery and messy for most of the day. The walls were very thin and the sound insulation bad so we had a couple of nights when loud neighbours (in the room next to ours) made it impossible to sleep until early in the morning. There were only two electric outlets in the entire room— the ones on either side of the bed, for the bedside lamps.

Great location, just a 7-8 minute walk from to the train station and a short walk to the beach and the main shopping street.
