The apartment is bright, clean and spacious with a location that can't be beat for access to the sights and to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive.

Neighbours can be noisy up to 1am! When they are talking, they are as loud as if they are in the room with us! When they are not, then the area is really quiet and peaceful. Not enough toilet rolls provided but that’s a minor issue, I was able to buy some easily in the area. Some hand soap would also be welcome in the bathroom.

Central to main attractions, main shopping street, bus stop, train station, good restaurants. Very spacious property with both modern and historic features. Area felt very safe. All in great working order and beds and pillows were comfortable. Bedding and towels were good quality. Clean bathroom. Spacious fridge and freezer. Small wardrobe and safe also provided. Well equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils and kettle. Also had cooker, coffee pod machine, washing machine, but didn’t use. Decent powerful hairdryer. Very responsive and helpful host with great communication.

The apartment's location is unbeatable. It was spotless, has lots of light, a comfortable bed and is very spacious. The host was responsive and patient. And gracious, leaving a giant bottle of water and one of wine in the fridge.

Perfect location for accessing famous historical sites within 10 minutes walk. Host, Mr Bellini, was very kind and helpful and very responsive to guest inquiries. Accommodation was roomy, clean, complete with everyday necessities. Even the Nescafe espresso machine was there!! I strongly recommend Suite Bellini 5 Apt for any tourist visiting Palermo.

The host was very kind to let me check in earlier in the morning and arrived sharp on time. He is very welcoming, caring and helpful. There was a bottle of water and prosecco in the fridge waiting for me upon check-in. The apartment is very comfy, freshly renovated, well maintained and cleaned. The location is amazing, right in a palazzo on a square with 2 churches. The hallway is impressive, with 4-5 m high ceilings and red carpet. Overall, I am very pleased with the property and the value for money it offers.

Coming by car you need to know that entering the area you need ZTL pass and a parking place. We used Pagano which is good, but be aware that the access is on a narrow street.

The apartment is spacious, clean, bright. The refurbishment is in a modern style in a historical astonishing building. You have an elevator too. The location it is the hearth of the historical city at a walking distance to every Palermo's point of interests. Alessandro welcomed us and given information we need.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Palermo, close to numerous monuments. The apartment is located in a historic, renovated tenement house. There is peace and quiet at night and day. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning with a heating function. The owner of the place is very nice and polite. He helped us arrange transfer to and from the airport at an attractive price. He was available whenever I asked a question. It was my first time dealing with such a nice host. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We liked everything!

Everything, the location is amazing; it is inside the Bellini theater, place was remodel and feels new, nice appliances including a washing machine. Very close to major attractions. The host was great! Helped with car issues ZTL, and gave very good recommendations.

Such a beautiful apartment it has everything and was so comfortable and cool. Loved the interior and the building. Felt so lucky to have found it. Oh...and could not have been in a better location for everything. Diego was so helpful too and gave us great tips for everything from food to a driver. I will definitely be back.

The apartment was superb and so was our host. The old churches and palaces in Palermo are interesting, some quite spectacular but, unfortunately, all those positives are underdone by the minds of litter, stinking rubbish and dog Pooh everywhere in Palermo. It was by far the dirtiest place I have ever been. Quite disgusting.
