Absolutely faultless, beautiful apartment. I was looking for an apartment to share with my brother so we wanted separate rooms and self catering. When I saw this apartment it seemed miles above the others so I decided to book. It is a simply exceptional apartment in a fantastic location. It’s very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Beds are big and comfy and there is even a lovely balcony to enjoy coffee (or champagne) on. Andrea met us promptly to give us our keys and she was very helpful and kind. Thank you very much for a great stay.

There is no central living area (but this might be common in Italy?) but this did not affect us too much as we were only there one night and the bedrooms for the kids were huge! And equipped with TVs etc.

We were only here for one night and grateful for the excellent location - beautiful area well within walking distance from both the station and the center of town. Some superb restaurants in the surrounding piazzas. Andrea, our room manager, was charming and met us on our arrival and provided us with all the information we needed. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! The place is beautifully decorated and well serviced for everything we needed during our stay.

During our stay, the lift/elevator - which is a somewhat rural quaint affair - broke down the day before we left - but that is clearly NOT the apartment owner's fault, we reported it and I have not marked the apartment down for this issue. I would mention that the location is not suitable for disabled access, as although there is that small lift/elevator to the second floor, the initial ground floor level is accessed up a short single set of steps (approx. 10) from street level. There is no separate lounge area (due to the two bedrooms) but we were all perfectly fine sitting chatting in the kitchen/dining area or in the bedrooms, but just thought I'd mention it. The building opposite is currently under renovation (May 2023) but there was no noise nuisance while we were there.

Lovely apartment, perfect for our group of two families (3 and 2) for six nights. Hallway leads to two bedrooms with large double/king beds plus a single in each, each with a desk, TV, wardrobe, aircon, etc. One had a balcony, but only overlooking the street - which was mostly pedestrianised, with just a few occasional access-only vehicles. Nice shower room with toilet/bidet (watch the step!) and a kitchen with table that would easily accommodate six people. Dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, microwave, induction hob. Clean and well appointed (all towels/linen/cooking utensils/plates/cutlery/etc provided) decorated with charming quirky "beach casual" décor. Located just far enough away from the busier areas of town, so fairly peaceful and quiet for a city-centre location, but within a pleasant couple of minute's walk from several pleasant squares for restaurants/cafes/etc, and no more than ten minutes or so from either railway station, the harbour, shops, churches, etc. Nice well-stocked small convenience store right next to the apartment building, which was open 7:30am-10pm. 40 minutes by train to Milan or Lugano in Switzerland, and ferry boats directly from the harbour to anywhere in the Lake Como area. Great communication and help from the host Gianni, and our welcome guide Andrea explained everything that we might want to know and was available nearby if needed during our stay. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and the apartment was just what we needed.

No tissues and I had bad allergies. I just used toilet paper so it was fine.

Andrea, the hostess, was wonderful and accommodating. We were early and they held our luggage for us and she showed us around while the apartment was still being cleaned. She even helped us figure Lake Comos inane ferry ticketing system. The apartment adorably furnished and had everything you could need. They even gave us bottles of water and champagne! The location was steps from all the shops and restaurants. I thought from the map on booking.com that it was too far from the lake but it's a 5 minute walk through the quaint alleys full of window shopping opportunities. Absolutely loved everything about this location.

All good, but it has several stairs at the front entry and to carry large bags not that easy, but there is a lift inside to all levels once up the initial stairs. no separate lounge room within the apartment.

Easy taxi ride from train station with our big bags but not too far to walk to station with smaller bags also. good location walking distance to the lake and restaurants.

Nothing, everything in the apartment was satisfactory. Getting a transfer from Como to Milan airport was an issue due to lack of taxi services who speak English on the phone!

Well decorated apartment with all amenities including a washing machine and cutlery. It was central and quiet at the same time. Bathroom was clean and new.

Apartment was nicely decorated, very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for our family as we were a walkable distance from everything we needed. Sonia was lovely to communicate with and help us get settled into Suite 11.

parking is not allowed inside Como's historical area. , If you are coming with a car , you need to take it into consideration. However , Sonya arranged we will unload our luggage near the apartment.

The apartment is designed very uniquely. It's comfortable for a family of 6 person's , very equiped kitchen if you like to cook or just prepare a breakfast. Sonya was a great host and even booked us a place in a restaurant .

The great location, in the calm street but not far away from the all attractions. Interior is a very unique and cozy. You will find in the apartment everything you need from coffe to umbrella. Highly recommended to stay in this place.
