Clean, well designed, location was perfect - walkable from train station, near to the river, walkable to piazzale Michaeangelo. Lots of good restaurants around as well. Although central, the area is very quiet. Monika was very good in recommending good food around the area. She was also very responsive.

Kitchenware wasn’t very clean for instance the water kettle had rusty surfaces on the inside. Brought it to the host tho didn’t get a response

Great location , very quiet, lift for easy access to the top floor. Apartment had a lot of space, great sofa and living area and all that you’d need for a week or 2 in Florence (ie no washing machine which was ok for me). Quiet street but so close to everything in Florence.

At mornings there is some city-worker-noises happening (maybe streets cleaning with special cars, idk) but otherwise its great :)

Bed is amazing and the place is great - close to everything in Florence in my opinion. And also close to Train Station which is great when you are with your laggage and dont want to order taxi.

The property was in an area that was close walking distance to main attractions but tucked away so as to be away from crowds. It was spacious and had facilities for cooking and relaxing in comfort. The bed was very comfortable. As a solo traveller the place felt safe.

Pillows were very hard, ended up using couch cushions instead. For a weeks stay we got two toilet roles between two people and only one set of towels without ability to wash in facilities

Property itself , small cooking area. Small table and chairs , catered to our basic needs ! Bathroom was excellent.

Apartments has perfect location! You are in the historical centre of Florence, but have unexpected silence street without tourist's crowd! Everything in close range access, from museums and restaurants to famous brand's shops.

Only had one towel per person for a 4 night stay, this was finally rectified on our very last day. Comfort would have been easier with extra pillow cases- for the extra pillows in the wardrobe ( I used my own cotton scarf to cover the pillows for my use). The downstairs bar/restaurants meant people out in the street late at night, making lots of noise… but my earplugs blocked out most of the chatter.

the location was easy walking distance to many areas we wanted to explore. The ACs worked well, in a humid warm time. The bathroom was great and not too tiny, spacious shower. The bed was pretty comfortable, but for our 4 night stay. Easy checkin and access to building.

The elevator is kind tiny, you’ll struggle a little bit with a lot of bags or stroller, no soundproof at all, be ready to wake up every 10 minutes if you’re light sleeper, the water isn’t clean but I think this is a problem all over the city not for the apartment itself, the bathroom needs maintenance, the shower handle was kinda broken and we had trouble using it.

The location is perfect, you can get to the bridge and the centre of the city within less than 10 minutes, Ms. Monika the host was super kind and polite, she suggested amazing places for us, the apartment is equipped with every basic kitchenware you need.

acoustically is not good as i can hear people taking on the street and i can hear the neighbors. all channels in the tv are Italian while it is a tourist destination it is preferably to add more english channels.

Suit is great in every aspect. Location was excellent as well. Monica was also very helpfull regarding sightseeing and dining options in the city.
