Tv wasn’t working, internet wasn’t working in the room. Shower was cold and then hot intermittently and had mould in the corners

This was my first visit to Rome so wasn't sure about the location. But this really was a fantastic location as most of the iconic landmarks are well within walking distance (1-2km). Pantheon 1 km etc. Downstairs on the main street there was everything you'd want, coffee shops, a fantastic Restaurant, they made their own pasta/gnocchi everyday, you could watch the chef through the window. Also 1 km to Campo de' Fiori, a market square by day and restaurants by night.

The room was for 3 women and we hadn’t realised the private bathroom had a sunken bath with steam room shower and see through windows into the main bedroom. Lovely if you were on a romantic weekend but not ideal for a grandmother, mum and grown up daughter.

Michele the host was amazing. Helpful informative. Organised us shuttle service to airport and taxi to St Peter’s. The location of the rooms are ideal for being in the middle of all the main attractions.

As I’m a light sleeper then I was not happy that the room was just next to the reception and it was possible to hear everyone walking in and out, a suggestion to precise information about where the room is located. The bathroom with glass doors and basin in the room was strange.

Excellent location, a walking distance from all must-see objects. Friendly and helpful staff. Just downstairs there is anice Italian restaurant with reasonable prices and a pizza place. Amazing view Comfortable bed

The wifi was a little slow, and the tv remote doesn't really work for the smart tv, and the elevator might be a little small if you come with luggage (fits 2 people)

Door handle was broken, we were afraid to pull the door to close it, shower head needs a good clean because it was all clogged.

Very well located, walking distance to all major attractions. Comfortable, modern Friendly staff and we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine.

The remote control in our room didn’t work, and the walls were a bit dirty, nothing too bad but could definitely have used a paint job.

The location was fantastic, the staff was very nice and they provided nice touches, such as snacks. It was a good looking room with a very nice shower.

No natural light as it was in a courtyard and bedroom lighting needed to be brighter.

The location was pretty good. Very modern facilities. Comfy bed , nice towels good shower wet room with good lighting. Mini bar was complimentary with soft drinks and some snacks. Water was replaced daily. Smart TV. It was our wedding anniversary and we were given Prosecco flowers chocolates and biscuits. So nice

We were able to check in and leave are bags at the hotel whilst the room was being cleaned- unfortunately this took a couple of hours but that didn’t matter!

The location is perfect, a 10- 20minute walk from most attractions- Trevi fountain, the pantheon, colosseum etc

Every thing 4 stars

As it said in the name it was Luxury, our room was. A mini suite large and roomy the bathroom had a sauna fixture in the show and from our window we looked onto the ruins of Argentine square . And we we very central in the city we could walk every where. Agreat place to stay definitely 4 star.

Didn’t know we were at the hotel when we arrived. There is a small sign when you get to the building and Michele had given us the code to get in the door. Small elevator so it took three trips to get me and my friend’s luggage to the second floor. Key to our door was hard to operate. There is not a full time staff at the desk but Michele was always quick to answer any texts I sent him. The “good” of the hotel definitely overcomes these small issues and would not make me change my mind about staying there the next time I am in Rome

Big clean bedroom and bathroom. Not much of a view but you got that when you walked out of the hotel. Michele as exceptionally good with helping us with anything we needed. Great location not far from pantheon. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the hotel.

Not all of the lights in the room were working correclty. Drainage in the shower was not great and was leaky.

Staff was helpful and exceeded expectations. Left us roses and a bottle of champagne as were were on our honeymoon. The size of the room was execeptional.

Best location, easy access to most Rome attractions. Very nice, comfortable room with great view of the remains of Pompey's Theatre. Michele was a great host and Georgia very nice and sweet, and I thank them.
