Room had some bugs. We wanted to check out at 9, yet had to wait 30 minutes for lady to come, seems not efficient and like we are not customer (paying a lot). Also the exit/entry to building is via the garage door, which is slow and seems weird.

Room was spacious, loved the terrace and view of the lake. We used the sauna, which wad private just for us. Infinity pool overlooking the lake. Private parking garage. Dogs allowed. Breakfast delivered to room each morning. Modern rooms and amenities. Friendly staff. Felt very exclusive.

Laura, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind. The rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The location is very good for those wanting to enjoy both south and north areas of the lake.

Everything was perfect.

We LOVED this spot! Even better than the photos, it’s modern, comfortable, sustainable. Lara and Manuel are amazing hosts. Easy friendly check in and check out. Delicious coffee (lavazza pods and American style filter) plus a milk frother (this is rare treat in rental suites!). Well equipped kitchen. And the views! From the suite and the infinity pool area. Ideal sunsets. Fresh lake/mountain air. Great area to explore by car, bike or by foot. Lakeside promenade to get to restaurants.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

A family cozy hotel with great view to the Guarda lake, nice garden with pool and barbecue and a very friendly and nice staff. The apartment was very good equipped, comfortable beds and a parking. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. There is also a nice walking place on the lake perfect for walking or riding bicycle.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Everything about this place is wonderful! :) The apartment is cosy, comfortable, clean and modern, the views are beautiful, especially at sunset. The hosts Laura and Manuel are wonderful human beings. :) They really want to see you enjoy your stay. Laura is so helpful and only one message away if you have any questions or suggestions, or need a recommendation for food shops, restaurants, taxis, etc. Breakfast is delicious and really easy to order. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend Sunset residence to all friends and family. Thank you again Laura and Manuel! :)

Lovely room. Very clean and had everything you need. The views are stunning, car parking is included and had a lovely sauna. The croissants we ordered for breakfast were lovely.

New and modern accommodation in a great location right on Lake Garda. Staff were excellent - met us upon arrival, very clear communication, and helpful with restaurant recommendations in the area. Free, secure parking available on site. Water dispensers with chilled still and sparkling water!!! Room was a two level apartment style with one room and vathroom upstairs, one room and bathroom downstairs, and a fold out couch in the living area. The kitchen was fully equipped with water, tea, and coffee included. Optional breakfast at additional charge.

The property was very modern and beautifully structured. It was quite close to a lot of beautiful places and amazing amenities were present. The decor and centralisation was perfect.

The road - you can’t see it in any photos but it’s between the apartment and the lake. It’s quite noisy during the day and we didn’t really sit out on our balcony much because of the volume of traffic.

Great views and very handy for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding area.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, very comfortable. The pool area was incredible and the views were surreal- we watch the sunset at night in the pool and was amazing. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, they have to book tables at local restaurants, give us recommendations, and even drop breakfast in for us in the morning.

This apartment hotel was absolutely beautiful overlooking a spectacular view of lake Garda and mountains. The best view we had all trip considering we drove round and saw a lot. The facilities available were great such as access for cold, fizzy water and ice machine were something extra. Also had set up if you want to have a BBQ. Could request croissants and bread at small extra cost every morning, coffee and tea provided. I love the flexibility of being able to have enough space to make your own food as we did one night and sit out on balcony for view of river. The whole place was ultra modern and clean and felt very lush and fresh. We will definitely be back!
