Ganni our Host was incredibly helpful and friendly, lots of suggestions as to where to eat. The property was very well located, 5 minute walk to the train station and fall out your door close to the town activities and restaurants.

Window overlooks the yard and it sometimes smells the food (fried oil) out from the nearest cafe.

First of all, the owner, who is nice, hospitable and very friendly and does all the best to make your stay perfect. Apartment is very clean and fresh, all you need is in there (kitchenware, welcome water and tee/coffee is included). Good power of shower, water gets hot very quickly. Towels and bed linen smell fresh. Location is great - close to the city center as well as the railway station.

Ganni was the most amazing hostess and it is easy to see that Sunset Rooms is her passion. Everything is spotless, every need is catered for with love and care. Heating was awesome and little touches like biscuits with coffee/tea facilities. Very modern and super close to the main plaza ... Gabaldi Plaza where a lot of fun happens. Super restaurants close by and Ganni gave us pin locations to good restaurants with good prices. She went above and beyond to help us with trains (which is close to establishment) to Cinque Terre and even located our bag when we forgot it at station. I cannot highly enough recommend this establishment. It is worth every euro! Thank you Ganni, you are a darling

We loved our stay here. Our host was so kind, we booked very last minute and she came within minutes to check us in and show us the room and would clean our room everyday with no charge! So it was very nice to come back from a long day of exploring Cinque Terre to a nice clean room. It was perfect for us and our little son. The host was also willing to change our towels if we needed clean ones. The location was great, there were good restaurants around the corner, and about a 5-10 min walk to train station.

Beautiful room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, great shower, pod coffee and tea facilities; and great location. Ganni was the pleasant host who welcomed us to sunset rooms. She was very helpful and contactable.There is a lift available if required.

Location & facilities. Warm welcome and support from a host wanting you to enjoy your stay to its maximum. Great house staff - exceptionally clean. Room serviced each day. Water, coffee machine, biscuits, kettle, plates and cutlery. Very good price for a room of this standard. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, owner very nice, and the place is seriously SO CLEAN, I think it's the cleanest place I've ever stayed... Biscuits and water provided everyday. Excellent situation, close to the train station for the Cinque Terre and all, restaurants, market, bus stops. Thanks again for your kindness.

I wish the elevator was more updated. The elevator stops one floor below your floor and you will have a few steps to climb to get to your floor. Be mindful of this if you’re elderly or have too much luggage

It was perfect! Our host Ganni was very lovely & had really good communication before our arrival to ensure it went smoothly. The property is perfectly located, only a short walk from La Spezia Train Station as well as the Ferry Ports. An easy commute to all of Cinque Terre. The room was very clean & comfortable. Has a small fridge, larger than a normal bar fridge. Cute little terrace balcony was a nice touch too.

The location was great. Close to the train station for easy travel to Cinque Terre villages and close to the walking street, Via del Prione. Great bathroom, good ac and good internet access. Gànni greeted us and was generous with advice and locations for anything you might want.

First of all, the building is located only 5-7 mins by walk from La Spezia Central and there is a pedestrian path along the way for safe and easy access. The layout of the room is great and the interiors are beautifully done. The balcony is cozy and great to have a coffee in the morning. In addition, Ganni (Host) was very friendly and provided information regarding various places and amenities in La Spezia and Cinque Terre region. She has maintained the property in a top-class manner.
