The guy who received me the day I arrived was nice but did nor really speak italian or english so it was hard to communicate, I did not understand half of what he told me to be honnest The real problem is the bathroom, since the shower door is transparent and you can't lock the main door.. So anyone can enter while you shower

Men and women in the same room. Couldn’t sleep because of some men’s snore. Also it was a bit scary. I wasn’t able to shower in the evening because the water was cold.

Beds and mattresses aren't of good quality, also the toilet and shower bath area is too small and there isn't any cleaning. I would recommend some other hostel if you have more budget

I would have liked to have a common area to spend some time there but overall it was a nice stay!

The hostel is good for one night. I had to take an early train the day after so the location worked well for me. However, I wouldn't go out at night alone as the area doesn't seem super safe. The hostel is very basic but it had all I needed and it was clean.

They don’t have a kitchen for cooking, the shower space is small and the door doesn’t cover yo body at all, the WC area is also too small, in the bedroom, the top bunk doesn’t have nothing in case you roll on bed and fall. The facilities are at least enough

What I didn‘t like is that I was missing the attential to details. Obviously its a simple place and you do the best you can. You can‘t easily build a new place, fix the pipes etc. But I have some ideas that would greatly enhance my stay and also doesn‘t cost you much. 1 Please get an extra light in all the rooms. A small, dim light that you can turn on in the evening, or at night. It‘s not cool to have to turn on the super big bright light while everybody is trying to sleep. Cost you 10 bucks at a flea market and would make a huge difference to everybodys experience 2 The door to the bathroom. This take a little bit more effort to fix but it would greatly enhance this place. When you arrive and have to forcefully push the door the the mens bathroom it just doesn‘t give a good impression and is also just annoying because you have to use it multiple times a day. 3 The bathroom pipes. Not sure if this is easily fixed but the bathroom pipes stink. Probably comes out of the shower. I would at least try to clean it and try to clean the pipes with a plunger or try to get a a plumber to have a look.

Main issue is that their machine for card payment doesn't work and they didn't inform me about this before i arrived or even on their booking page.. For example : we do not accept card payments. I would not book it if i knew that. Or i could bring cash. They told me in person i need to pay in cash. I thought that i did payment online. Next thing i go to near ATM to and pay 70 euros ATM commission witch was almost 1/4 of my payment to stay there. I ended paying more than calculated. Rooms in the picture were decorated just for pictures. Once you get in, it is not the same. My mattress staid in the same shape of my body for my stay there.

Location was good, not far from main train station Termini and metro stations. Owners were polite.

The infrastructure is not convenient enough, e.g. the hot water cannot be provided timely, you have to wait sometime after one used it. In addition, a 10-minute walk is needed to the metro station.

The hostel doesn’t match the photos on booking! There are no carpets, no chilly zones and you need to leave the hostel from 10 am till 2 pm because of the cleaning. There were just 5 beds in my room and a fridge which was too cold for the products. If I knew I would book a cheaper hostel which looks almost like this one in fact.

1) The room was for 6 people, people stayed all night. One of the residents had a cold and was coughing all night, I’m worried about my health. It is a pity that the staff does not monitor the condition of the residents and does not worry about the health of others, allowing sick people to stay in a room with 5 other guests 2) There was no kitchen as such

There are missing photos of the actual place. The place was not properly clean, there was a lot of dust in the furniture next to my bed. Shower was leaking. I paid to stay in a room with 4 beds, but there were 5.

Maybe the only drawback is that you can't be there from 10am to 2pm because of the cleaning service. Plus, you can't leave your luggage if you arrive earlier than the check-in or leave later than the check-out. Of course, air conditioning would be a HUGE addition -- fans are never enough in a city that reaches 40°C.

This hostel is just good for spending the night with a roof on top and having a shower you can use. It's nothing more and nothing else.
