Very clean, modern apartment. Excellent location, close to everything walking distance. Market at the end of street in the morning. Full of local produce, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, olives, you name it everything is there. Excellent communication with host.

This is an amazing flat with everything you could want for a happy stay in Catania. Not only is the apartment stunningly beautiful with every luxury you could need, (the coffee machine and wardrobe space plus the comfortable bed are all really carefully thought out for you), but Giuseppe is one of the most considerate, attentive hosts you could hope to find. He was good enough to leave us Arancini when our flight arrived late at night. Really. If you’ve read this far, book it now, you won’t regret it. The location is superb too.

We had a great week in Catania. The apartment is in a great location, right in the center, but still quiet due to the side street. From here you can easily reach all of Catania's sights on foot or by train or bus. The airport shuttle station is 5 minutes away from the apartment. Our host was helpful and kind. He left us a few welcome gifts and was always available via WhatsApp. He even sent us a few videos about general information as well as about the sights of Catania and restaurant tips. The key handover was very easy via key box. A very nice accommodation for a city trip, was completely cleaned after three days, new bed linen and towels. So we totally recommend it.

There are stairs and no lift...only a couple of flights, but be prepared. If that puts you off...maybe Italy isn't your thing!

The property is exactly what we wanted...and what we expected. It was modern and clean, but that's easy. What it had was real character...fabulous high ceilings, the loft-style bedroom, and it was in the middle of real downtown Catania. So it's a quick walk to the local market, the bus is at the end of the street - and there's not a single "pizza and pasta" tourist joint within cooee! An easy walk or bus to everywhere, but you may never want to venture away from home!

Thinking for hours but can't make up anything.

Everything perfect. If you read this you can stop searching any further; just book and you will certainly not regret. Very spacious apt, smack in the center, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, Giovanni was extremely helpful, replies quickly and had prepared fruits, arrancini and something to drink for my arrival. Will book this place again without hesitation if coming back to Catania.

Haha I have a strong husband who lugged my 20kilo suitcase up 4 flights of stairs but ladies (who don't practice cross fit or lift in the gym) travelling solo - be warned, there is no lift.

Giuseppe our host was probably the highlight- he was really kind and the information provided was so cleverly packaged (in videos) that it made things really easy. He was also always contactable even on weekends which made things a lot less stressful given we were travelling over the weekend. The apartment itself was gorgeous. I admit I got a bit worried in the beginning because we walked in from the port and the area looked a bit rough and it smelled weird on the streets but just as Giuseppe promised, the evening brought with it some Catanese magic - the fairy lights came on, people were having aperitifs on the streets al fresco, the amazing smells from the restaurants made my nose quiver and the foodie in me get super super excited. The layout of the apartment was great and the way the lights automatically turned on and off made it safe to get up and down from the bedroom suite. The fancy wall paper brought to mind the White Lotus and made me laugh - but it was all sexy style and great hospitality with the breakfast and snacks kindly left for us (arancine was still warm :) )

Electricity went off when you went out and we had put the washing machine on so our items stopped washing and then restarted when we got back late at night, and we had to put up with very loud washing machine noise for several hours and could not hand out our stuff to dry overnight.
