Difficult parking, actually anyware in Cefalù, due simply to many cars (locals and tourists).

The studio has a modern look, nicely equipped with all we needed, including coffee machine. Easy accès. And close to the beach side. Owner extremely supportive when we needed to leave after check-out time. Cefalù is a charming plece, I recommend spending at least 2 nights (if you travel around Sicily).

The only thing to mention is that we could hear guests arriving late quite well as the apartment doesn't seem to be as sound proof - might be something to consider for people with a light sleep...

Comfortable appartment with a great location, very close to the beach and town. Included everything that was needed including coffee. Great breaktfast place with super tasty baked goods.

Very easy to get to from the railway station. The rooms are very clean, bathroom very modern. Fridge with complementary water. Aircon/heater worked. TV worked. Value for money at the price we paid. We liked the nearby Gourmet Deco supermarket [puts M&S/Waitrose to shame], and the local eateries. Communications from Federico were excellent also. I'm sure we will return.

Our stay at this accommodation was excellent. The host was very flexible and easy to reach. He helped us a lot with sharing useful tips to find good parking. The room was incredibly clean and had everything we needed, plus more. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra cushions. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it.

Great host. He gave us recommendations for our further trip. Rooms were clean and modern. There was even an elevator for the luggage, so we didn’t have to carry it to the 2nd floor. We would definitely come back.

Federico was excellent, the location is a short walk from anywhere in cefalu. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay again. We went by car and was easy to find and was lucky enough Federico found us parking just outside.

We chose the property for its location close to the station as we only had one night in Cefalu. It was perfect for that purpose, but is also only a short walk to the historic centre and to the beach front. The room was well fitted and immaculately clean. The staff allowed us to leave our bags and use the facilities on early arrival. The host Frederico gave clear and detailed instructions for checkin and was most charming on meeting the following morning. Highly recommend.

Nothing, Sicilian hospitality at its best.

Federico is an amazing host, who went out of his way to make my stay as easy as possible. There are free parking speaces down the street but, althgouh there were all taken, Federico amazingly kept one free for me until I arrive with my car. Sicilian hospitality at its best! The place is a short walking distance from the historic center and Federico provided me with a map a ton of tips and recommendations for my stay. The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable and quiet. There were free water and coffee in the room, even for that price. The breakfast is to be taken with a voucher at a nearby hotel on the beach. I would definitely recommend this place again.

Everything was great.

Everything was more than perfect! The rooms were bright and clean, we had everything that we needed and most importantly - our host Federico was extremely friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was also great 😊 We highly recommended Yeasy smart rooms and we will definitely come back in summer.

I liked everything!

I would not hesitate to go back again to Yeasy on a next trip to spectacular Cefalu. Frederico was very helpful and friendly. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. Clean, comfortable, it's everything I needed for an amazing trip. Big shower cabin, fridge and a large desk to work. The location could not be better. 4 minutes from the train station. Few doors down the street there is a very good place to wash your clothes. 5 minutes from a great supermarket. Easy walking distance to the beach and all services. Do yourself a favor, enjoy Cefalu and stay at Yeasy, you won't regret it!

Great location with breakfast supplied by another local cafe only a short stroll from the accommodation. Federico's communication was excellent and was able to assist where required and overall was a very welcoming host.

Leaving Cefalu was our only regret!

The room was clean and comfortable. The host, Frederico, was so helpful; he even helped us with parking advice as we had a car. The location is a short walk to the sea front and the old town.

Parking is a bit difficult, we had to park quite far away. But if you happen to come by train is literally 4 min walking to the station.

The location was quite good for a few days in Cefalu, 10 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the center and some nice restaurants. Even though is located next to the train line, it was not noisy at all as the walls and windows are great. Great communication, easy to find and enter, great service!
