Claudia and Francesco were so thoughtful! There were lots of lovely touches - free earplugs and sparkling wine in the room upon arrival. Room looked like the pictures and was super clean. Would definitely recommend!

I sprained my ankle so the location wasn’t the best for me but if that wasn’t the case this wouldn’t be an issue at all as the trams and buses are regular. It doesn’t take long to get to termini station which is the centre of Rome, I’d say around 15 mins.

I absolutely loved this place! The lovely artwork inside, the rooms names, you could tell the whole place was created with so much love.

I had a very limited budget for a weekend in Rome and was delightedly surprised with my stay at the Pigneto Guest House. This is pretty much a 4 bedroom apartment that is ran like a Hotel, better saying - a B&B. Francesco was absolutely welcoming from the moment of my checking-in confirmation & to some questions I had after my stay. The location is bit far from the most touristic part of Rome but there's a TRAM stop right across the street that puts you in the middle of the action in no-time. The place is super clean, super well kept, and extremely tasteful. [I could do without the crazy-Alice in the Wonderland theming though -- LOL]. The breakfast is generous and with a surprising amount of options. The bathroom is spacious and the water is always hot. It was winter in Rome so I couldn't try out the A/C system, but the heating was spot-on. Bed was comfy and pillows OK. Once again, everything was REALLY CLEAN. I felt safe in the neighborhood and my check-in and check-out was a breeze. If you are having a hard time finding a place to stay within a budget; rest assured this is your place. Come & enjoy Rome.

The place has it's own charm however the host make it beyond expected. I arrived to Rome from Thailand after 24 hours travelling early in the morning and they made sure that I get my room as soon as possible. The room was very comfortable with nice welcome amenity and the bed was perfect to have a good sleep. Pigneto is perfect neighborhood if you would like to socialize and have authentic italian food and go for some drinks. Highly recommended and also a place I would like to return once I am back in Rome.

Public tram to the accommodation is hard due to our luggages. Probably better to catch taxi. The neighbourhood did not look nice , we had to walk a good distance to find good dining places , we found some nice restaurants which had very nice vibe by accident many blocks from the property.

We received a surprise gift 🎁 from the host, to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Tiramisu dessert and a small sparkling wine 🍷 gift which was so thoughtful and sweet. The room and bathroom were very elegant and had nice design, we enjoyed our breakfast but had to rush off as to catch the train. The tram station is not too far from accommodation.

There was nothing, everything beyond expectations

Everything was wonderful. There are no words to describe the experience. The location is wonderful, well connected, with various facilities, an exteaordinary breakfast and impeccable cleanliness. Francesco and the staff are very friendly, respectful and and always available to those who step on their doorstep. We had indications about the objectives and public transport that were extremely useful and the stay ended with a small gift specific to the area. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will definitely come back.

City tax went up while we were there (not the property’s fault at all, obviously). Just something to be aware of as it needs to be paid in cash.

The staff were so friendly. The little breakfasts were lovely and they gave us a little goodbye gift of local cookies. We really enjoyed our stay and the welcoming atmosphere of the guest house!
