The unit was modern and well set out. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The unit is only a 7 minute walk to the bus/train/metro station which made our daily trips to the Rome tourist spots really easy to get to and from. Sabrina was very welcoming and accomodating.

The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. The metro/bus station were 10 minutes walk from the place and around were a lot of shops to buy whatever you need.

Sabrina was an amazing host. She was very helpful. An apartment is sprawling with two big rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Apartment is near metro station Tiburtina FS, but it's important to use exit Via Spadolino. We had a great time!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is super clean and has everything you need. It is located 5 minutes from metro, bus and train station, perfectly connected to other parts of Rome. Sabrina is so kind and helpful.

Sabrina is an extremely gracious, nice and attentive host. The apartment is very clean and spacious, the furniture stylish and comfortable. The a/c works very well. There were coffee, biscotti, jelly, nutella and much more provided on arrival. With the metro B from stazione Tiburtina (7 minutes walk) Rome termini is in 10 minutes reach. Several buses drive directely to Roma tourist locations. Close to the apartment there‘s supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sabrina and the owner of the sweet home Roma for providing us with a wonderful experience during our stay at their property. The location of the property is amazing, just a 5-minute walk from Tiburtina station (bus and train station). It was incredibly convenient to reach the property from the airport with a direct train that only cost €8. Sabrina was extremely helpful, especially when one member of our group arrived late. She stayed in constant communication with us over the phone, guiding us on how to catch the train and find the home. Her assistance made our arrival much smoother. The location of the property couldn't be better. There are numerous shops, coffee shops, and restaurants in the vicinity, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The home itself was exceptionally clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and both the rooms and the corridor were equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was well-stocked, eliminating the need to bring any additional items. Sabrina's friendly and supportive nature stood out during our stay. She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything, and if we did, she promptly provided it. Overall, our experience at this property was fantastic, thanks to Sabrina and the owner. Thanks for their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to others visiting Roma. Thank you once again for making our stay memorable.

No complaints at all, we were really happy.

Wonderfully friendly and super helpful host, excellent communication before and during our stay. Location of the apartment is excellent, fairly quiet building in an authentic Roman neighbourhood (away from the tourist crowds) five minutes away from Tiburtina station (thus, very easy access to metro, trains and buses - also for Cotral night buses to the Fiumicino airport if your flight leaves very early and you don't want to pay obscene amount of money for a night time taxi). Lots of shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc. close to the apartment. Nice apartment, spacious and up-to-date, with a balkony. Comfortable beds, enough towels, fairly well equipped kitchen. Well-working air conditioning. Overall, the host and the apartment exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy to recommend this apartment.

There wasn't a dishwasher (but there was a bottle of dishwashing liquid and a sponge on the sink) and a kitchen scale in the kitchen.

Our stay at the vacation house was truly delightful. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious, with clean white towels on the beds. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring a phon, bidet and a spacious shower, as well as plenty of soap and shampoo packets for our use. The kitchen was well-furnished and clean, with a coffee machine, oven, standard size fridge, freezer, and cooker hood. There were even small Nutella and jam packets on the table, a coffee machine with many tablets, a shelf for drying dishes, and a free can of amaro and a pack of milk. The lights were technologically advanced and the air conditioning and heating (radiators) worked well. Our host Sabrina was incredibly helpful and kind, always available to answer any questions and provide us with a map and instructions for visiting Rome's main attractions. We would definitely book this home again!

If you want to stay in Rome, you cannot find a better host and accomodation. The apartment is very spacious with a lovely balcony and equipped with everything we could ever need or ask for. Sabrina was regularly checking in with us per text to ask if everything was fine or if she could restock or clean anything and also provided lots of tips for the area in terms of restaurants, cafes and things to do. We will definately come back!

Our family really enjoyed the neighbourhood where the apartment was located. Shops, eateries and cosy bars were only a short walk away. People in this area are friendly and easy to connect with. The public transport was easy to access. Metro, train and bus stations were close by (4-7 minutes walking distance). The apartment was large and spacious, which suited our family very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare delicious breakfasts and, if necessary, dinners. The host was excellent - communication was swift and all issues were resolved quickly and promptly. We felt as though we were at home, and that's very important when travelling with family.

this is not related to the apartment itself, but I think it is not in one of the nicest areas of Rome, the train and metro station lack signs and it takes some time for getting used to. so if you chose to stay in this apartment, try to examine the map and the exits of the station in advance. However, coming home to a comfortable and clean place made up for the location.

The apartment is excellent and very clean, you will find all the basic commodities you need. There was a coffee machine with capsules, breakfast necessities, etc, Some of the things I would like to highlight are the availability and helpfulness of the host, the comfortable beds, the quietness of the apartment and the fact that they provided instructions with nearby places where we could eat, shop etc. it was very helpful.

The apartment is very big, very clean and with everything what you need for every day living. The position of the apartment is great, 10 min walk form the metro station and from the direct train to the Fiumicino airport. I highly recommend this place.

There is nothing to dislike

Absolutely everything was perfect with this apartment. Host is amazing and helpful, property is really good size and has everything you need! Will be staying here again when I return.

Nothing. Everything was perfect for us. The location is not exactly in city center. However, the apartment is very close to Rome Tiburtina train station, So it was very easy to get to the places that we want to visit.

My husband and I visited Italy for the first time. We were very lucky to stay at Sabrina's apartment for our very first stop. Sabrina greeted us at the apartment and showed us how everything works in the apartment and gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations. The apartment is super clean, the bed is very comfy, the area is very quiet, near many shops, supermarkets and train station. Most important is that Sabrina is a fantastic host. She went the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need during our stay and took good care of us. We will definitely look for Sabrina if we ever visit Rome again.

Excellent appartment that felt like home. Really clean, with every accomodation needed for a 5days staying. Close to a train/metro station which had direct trains to every city destination and other major cities too. As Greeks we really appreciated Sabrina's hospitality. She was really nice and helpful. We would deffinetly stay again there.
