Unfortunately the lower decks are under repair and were unavailable for breakfast so it meant only around 5 tables with a view were available outside and these were snapped up quickly each morning. Was luck of the draw if you arrived at the right time. The view at breakfast had been recommended to us and was one of the main reasons we booked here so this was disappointing. We managed 1 out of 3 breakfasts at a table with a view. Hopefully this will be rectified soon.

Loved our stay. Andre and other staff were so attentive at breakfast. Room view was superb as is the view from the deck. Easy walk to main attractions in town. Beach was at the end of the road with sun lounges to rent for the day. Loads of great restaurants nearby.

That we didn't stay longer!

Lilo (spelling?) the owner was incredible. Because of a delayed flight we arrived after 10 PM. Normal checkin ends at 7:30, but he was waiting out front and was very gracious. The breakfast and coffee were great, with five tables outside overlooking the water. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was right over the water with a stellar view. There's a terrace on the roof for having a drink, sunbathing or reading a book. HIGHLY recommend!

everything was perfect.

We loved our room, with sea views and listening to the sea! the bathroom was huge home from home and perfect. Breakfast was like a breakfast tasting menu we had so many different things each morning. The staff were great and gave us some fun recommendations on where to travel to and best restaurants.

Bathroom water is a little slow.

The staff were very attentive and welcoming, the location of the hotel is very close to the coastline and lots of good restaurants nearby! Every morning when I pushed the window open there were seagulls flying by and the view was just stunning! The room facilities are new and hygienic.

The location was perfect! 2 minutes walk from the beach in one direction and a 5 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo in the other direction. It is also surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean and modern and a pleasure to stay at. The sea front rooms with a balcony provide a lovely view and a place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast provided was incredible and probably one of the best included breakfasts i've had. A selection of pastries, fresh fruit and eggs. The staff were so kind and thoughtful throughout our entire trip. They provided lots of advice and recommendations for us which was so helpful, I would 100% return here!

The location could not be better, except it was inaccessible between the hours of 930 and 12 noon, because it is illegal to drive on the streets at that time.

Amazing hospitality. The hosts did everything for me to have an amazing vacation. I stayed there for 3 nights. I had a bit of ear pain when I arrived so they put me in contact with a doctor on the phone who advised what to do next. They helped me organise a boat trip when the originally planned one was cancelled. Location is in the middle of the old town so I expected to be noisy but I was on the sea side so I could not hear anything else but the sea. Breakfast was very good.
