It is a very old hotel, which is not a problem if you are into antiques. It got really cold in april and we couldn't get the aircondition to work so we were pretty cold the whole night

Everything was nice. Friendly stuff always helpful, kids friendly. Lovely perfect place for family, Restaurant was tasty and friendly stuff. Of course it just a bit far from beach but location it hill.side view with so beautiful for sunset. Will be back again. And strongly recommend!!!

The room is a bit small for 4 persons. The beds are fine but the space for suitcases is just enough. It fits but there is not much space left.

Large swimmingpool and the whole terrain is spacious. They have a very good restaurant.

The location is best suited to those with a car. It's not possible to walk into Carbonia safely.

I had a difficult situation as my sister was in the local hospital. The owner and his family went above and beyond - transporting me to the hospital and supermarket, helping me communicate with the doctors and generally making me feel welcome and cared for.They have hearts of gold. The hotel itself is full of character - with lots of fascinating objects to discover. The whole place has a rustic charm. The room was simple but comfortable - with a fridge and the possibility to make tea and coffee.

The rooms were fairly basic (but comfortable); the room rate was very reasonable so expectations were not high and was still good value. Pool was closed but that is because we were in April.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much to help you. Restaurant food was brilliant. Apparently one of the best on the island and we can see why! Great “rainforest” style showers.

The furniture is a bit dated but its an old place after all so we know about that beforehand. Also no mention of the wifi password...he forgot to ask for it and had to use our own connection

Our room had a parking just in front of it and we really liked it. The breakfast was quite good and tasty. The hosts are very welcoming especially the man of the house who also gave us a bottle of home brewed beer to take with us.

WiFi was a bit scarce in our room. There wasn't any maid service, though frankly we never asked either. (we wound up staying 4 nights even though it was just supposed to be 2). I'm sure if we asked they would have sent someone right over.

The restaurant is one of the best we've found in 12 years living in Sardinia. The hotel was partially closed so we had a "quad" room even though there were just 2 of us - it was absolutely fine. The bathroom was super large! The room was very quiet (despite a wedding going on when we arrived in the nearby banquet room, we didn't hear a thing when we closed our door.) The staff were all very helpful and nice - my husband had had a procedure at the nearby hospital and they brought us our food when asked. (Not sure if this is common but it was very kind!) The breakfast was also very adequate - though we only took advantage once during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in Carbonia. oh, one more thing - there really is a museum on the premises and it is fascinating the old artifacts they have collected. I hope to go back (at least to the restaurant) to spend more time looking over every thing.

Great location; don't miss Chia and Le Dune di Porto Pino beaches. Maxwell, the owner of Tanit, is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (ask for fresh coffee and eggs) in addition to the buffet. Good size swimming pool, which is cleaned every night. We stayed for a week and also enjoyed dinner at the outside restaurant in the evening most nights. Great views of the mountains.

The Location is really pretty. We stayed at the little house next to the pool. The room was very clean. We had a small but pretty bathroom. The food at the Restaurant Tanit was very delicious and the service was amazing (thanks to Nadia). We also had breakfast at the restaurant. They made us fresh crumbled eggs (real eggs!!!) and good coffee. We would stay there again!
