Breakfast is served in the room/on the balcony with fantastic view. Easy check in and out, we were even allowed to store the luggage a bit longer in the room than the official check out time. Room is very clean and the bathroom spacious.

Unfortunately the bed is not very comfortable, feels like an older mattress. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, but be aware that it is italian breakfast, so it´s all sweet, no salty options. Our bathroom was smelling a bit.

We loved, of course, the view and the private balcony. Simple, but cozy room. Its not directly in the center, but with a short walk you are there very quickly. Parkinghouse was very near. Make sure to check your phone once you arrive. The owner sent all the information, where to find keys etc, through whatsapp beforehand. You pay the city tax with cash before leaving.

Proximity to the center is a big advantage. The room is very clean with a beautiful sea view. Very good breakfasts.

The shower had a horrible overpowering dampness smell. Not sure what it is, either the stagnant water from the drain or mould. A pity otherwise would have rate higher.

The room was perfect for us. location is quite good, breakfast included, enough stuff to eat (even too much for us) but we enjoyed on our balcony with an amazing view, even if you only take this into consideration is worth staying here. So I can recommend it. Also the staff was really nice. Grazie mille!

The highlight of this room is the view. We could see part of Taormina, the hills to the left, and a panoramic view of the sea. The location is a 5 min walk to the bus station, the car parking, and the vibrant city street where most of the shops, restaurants, nightlife, religious and historic buildings, as well as the place where one can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. Since Taormina is situated on a hill, the cable car that transfers down to the seaside street and beaches is just nearby Breakfast is consistent and served in the room where we enjoyed it on the balcony with the view. The room was cozy, and I would rate it 3 stars, however, it's clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. Note that we were charged 4 Euros as city tax at the end of our stay.

The initial welcome to the property was a bit strange. No one was there when we arrived. A lady from another property saw us and phoned the host and then she gave us a key and pointed out our room. Host appeared the next day, later than promised with some breakfast. It was never really clear if we could use the kitchen at the property, sometimes it was locked, other times not. We missed breakfast on two days because our trips started before he arrived.

Beautiful room, convenient location, superb view and a good sized comfortable room , tastefully decorated. Near the bus station and the main entrance to the old town. Breakfast served in the room was very good as and when our host arrived. Property was very clean. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. B

Must run the hot water in the sink for 15 min before hot water was available (a waste of water resources). Ditto for the shower. There is 1 flight of stairs in the building and to get to the building must walk down some stairs. For people who don't want to carry their luggage...take note. You have to call Guiseppe to open up. I had a sim card from Italy and could call but what if people don't have a cell plan...

Guiseppe was a very good host and provided a customized breakfast when he noticed I wasn't eating many of the offerings. Loved the little kitchenette to make a cup of tea/coffee. There are a total of 3 rooms on my floor. My room had a bar fridge which was handy. View of the sea and a nice balcony which is why I chose this place. Good signage indicating where to walk down the stairs from the street and where to turn to the apartment building. Busy street but very quiet in the room.

What a view!!!! This room has one of the best views in Taormina without paying an obscene amount for the stay. The room was just right for two guests. The host was very accommodating and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. There are 2 flights of stairs to get through which I didn't realize when I booked which was fine for me but not so much for mom so just a little side note. The breakfast the host served was delicious, a little bit of everything which we enjoyed on the beautiful balcony overlooking the town and the sea. We also had the chance to see the cable cars operating and the station is around the corner which is very convenient. The city center of Taormina is a 5 min walk from the room. All in all a great stay in such a beautiful place.

Walk from the property to the center is not for disable people or families with small children. There no pavement to walk, you just has to reach the stairs to the center by walking on the road. Not very long, but very unsafe with small children.

the owner was very friendly, but to communicate in English is a challenge. Covered parking place is very close. Close to the center. On the way to the main street you can find not overprized cafes and restaurants. Funicular is close by. Great breakfast.

Make sure you book the right room as not all of them have a great view, and while booking this was not obvious to me. Probably my mistake but still.

Very good location - few minutes to the funiculaire to go to the beach, or to the old town, or small grocery shops. Even the room did not have the sea view and the balcony, it offered other great views. Amazing host Giuseppe and kind of personalised breakfast, prepared by him
