The bathroom was not heated, and could be quite cold. We were there in January. The wifi was unstable, and I kept having problems signing in. Getting here by car is a bit harrowing. Taormina is waaay up on a hill!

The bedroom was modern and pretty, with a balcony. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Great view from the balcony. Great location, within walking distance to town.

We were very well greeted by Claudia who ensured we felt welcome and knew about all available facilities (unfortunately we had no time to use the spa but it would be lovely to do so next time). Managed to park at a very nearby parking area less than 50m away (cost €14 for 24 hrs), although we were lucky to find a spot. The hotel location is excellent - just outside of the city centre. The room was big and clean and had amazing views of the sea. Breakfast in the room was splendid - we just ordered what we wanted the night before. Will definitely stay again when we return and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is also facing a busy road. It’s noisy especially sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. Early in the morning I could still hear the road noise. If you are a deep sleeper, it may not be an issue.

It’s clean and conveniently located. The facility is modern and well equipped. The staff is fluent in English and eager to help. Most of the rooms have sea view and a balcony.

I would prefer to have at least a small gym in the area of Welness.

We had a wonderful view and the balcony let us enjoy the late nights. Kind personal and proactive. The breakfast was very good and the design of the hotel looks great.

I would have put more diversity of bath things. Only 2 small bottles of shampoo for 2 persons in 3 days, after that they added another 2. No body lotion, or body shower. And not to much space for clothes, we had to keep them in our laguage.

I want first to mention the lady from the reception ( I don’t know her name to personally thank her) who helped us a lot with complex information, restaurants and trip bookings, and solved very quick all the small issues we had in the room. After, I want to say that hotel has a very good position, close to cable car, bus station, historical center, everything, parking if you have a car. Refurbished rooms, very big, we even had a small terace on the ground. Rooms were cleaned every day, comfortable bed, pilows and lenjerie.

Car parking was very limited and stressful. There was a real fight between some people over parking spaces. Never seen that before and very bad. Bathroom had lots (20+) little black flies on second night and onwards. The ceiling above balcony was breaking up and looked mouldy. The glass side window had significant crack across it. See photos attached. The room was very noisy from street traffic (even though we were on top floor) and from tables and chairs being dragged / scrapped across floor of bar and restaurant above. Restaurant was closed for the first three nights which we were not told about when we booked. Overall a very disappointing stay in what was supposed to be a luxury hotel. Would not recommend it.

Our room/balcony was right next to the main road, which was very noisy and busy, so we didn't use the outside space at all. Could also hear noise from rooms above. The shower temp varied between hot/cold.

Safe location for vacation. Great place. Friendly and helpful  stuff. A modern, very clean, elegant and  very good facilities, for  good price. The room is large with a very nice gardem on the terrace. Room temperature was warm enough considering 5 degrees night outside temperature, in the beginning of March. The parking lot is nearby, 2 minutes walking distance. P.S. I booked another place and I canceled  upon arrival, due to misleading advertising.

Jacuzzi not functional (temperature max 29 degrees, ). Not usable. 30€ thrown to the trash. Hostess not even sorry for the situation. And no refund proposed. Will not go back, will not promote this hotel.

Everything was okay.

The hotel is near autobus stations, cable train. The landscape was really beautiful, as the town. I walked around the famous places, and saw the Italian people life's too. During my journey, I visited Catania, Mount Etna, Síracusa and Castelmola too, I used the train and the buses. I just recommend all of them!

The hotel is stuck into the side of a cliff. It’s an odd placement. It is not on the water but on the main road with a view of the water in the distance. The walk to the center of Taormina is up a small hill on a narrow road with cars flying past. It felt a bit unsafe walking to the center. The hotel, although beautiful seemed expensive for where it is.

This is a beautiful, ultra modern hotel. A few minutes walk from the center of Taormina. It has a view of the water. The staff were helpful & friendly.
