The views from the balcony were great, the kitchen was well equipped and Katia was very kind. The bus stop and the train station are nearby and you can also walk to Taormina in about 40 mins.

The showerhead could use replacing. No coffee maker or teapot. Pillows were very very firm and high. We got in the main door, but no matter what key we tried it would not open the unit door. It was unlocked so we got in, and the other unit was unoccupied, but we were unable to lock the door when leaving. Unneeded playpen still set up in a bedroom.

Great views and lots of natural light. The rollo blinds were great to keep out the light in the morning. Very grateful to be able to get in early.

The apartment is clean and quiet. The view from the rooms is amazing. It is not far from train station and bus station, from where you can easily reach Taormina, Catania and other places. Nearby there are also restaurants, backary, mini market and so on. With the kitchen you can cook if you want. Katia is very nice and always responded fast. We had really a good time there.

Filling the hot tub is a bit difficult, since the boiler stops working every 5 min or so and needs to be reset. It only happens when filling the hot tub, otherwise hot water works fine. We would also appreciate an umbrella or something on the terrace. It gets a lot of sun the whole day, so during hot months it's impossible to spend time there without any shade.

Me and my husband stayed at the penthouse with a hot tub in the middle of June. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. The only thing we missed was a washing machine, but the owners were so kind to wash our clothes in the laundry downstairs, so this was solved. We also appreciated welcome pastries that were absolutely delicious. There is a huge terrace with a fantastic sea and mountain view. Giardini Naxos is a very nice and cosy town with a lot of restaurants and amazing bakeries. The apartment is close to the bus stops, so going to the airport or Taormina is very convenient. There is an unequipped beach nearby and about 10 min walk to the beach with sunbeds.

The way to the flat required a bit of an uphill climb to reach. We were ok with having a car, but not sure how we'd come without a car. The upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy

The property was even bigger than we expected. The view is great and it was very comfy. Alex welcomed us to hand over the keys, he offered lots of info and some nice Sicilian treats

I have a problem with this one as I did not get what I had booked. I've been using Booking.com for 15+ years and I'm genius Level 3 and this is the first time this happens. I had booked a 2-bedroom appartment with a jacuzzi and I got a 3-bedroom appartment with no jacuzzi. Of course the flat was too big for the 3 of us and my family was quite disappointed no to be able to use the jacuzzi after a long day of walking. Talking to the owner over the phone, I was offered a refund if I wanted to cancel the booking but what do you do at 7pm ? so I stuck to it... said that the flat is comfortable and spacious. It was very clean as it seems to have been recently refurbished (except the kitchen area). The location is ok-ish you can hike up to Taormina in 30min or so but nothing amazing. The view is indeed spectacular even if we did not see the sunrise as advertised (clearly not the right time of the season). Off-street parking was available. so overall not so bad but it would have been good to get what was advertised.
