Actually everything about this hotel was fantastic. It’s relatively new so very clean, modern, and wonderful location, so central. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely nice

Nuncia was the hotel afternoon manager and she made us feel very welcome. She was very complimentary of my Italian speaking coming from Fort Lauderdale Florida. The room was very comfortable and the location near the Spanish steps was ideal. Luciano fixed our TV and was very helpful. The restaurant next door was amazing and even though the hotel has its own restaurant which by the way served an excellent breakfast, the staff did not try to direct us to only use their restaurant for dinner.

The beds were very hard which is typical of beds outside of the US. Takes getting used to.

The hotel's restaurant is closed on Mondays. We were looking for a place for dinner and were looking forward to dinner at the hotel only to find out that it was closed. We ended up ordering take-out food instead.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at reception. I had some queries before arriving and they responded immediately to my questions. They were also very friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The location is perfect - walking distance to all the main sites in Rome. The downside however is that since the location is very central, most of the restaurants around the hotel are tourist traps. But, the hotel restaurant had excellent food.

There is honestly nothing. I'm not sure I've ever enjoyed my stay somewhere as much as at TB Place Roma. Great hotel and even better staff. I really hope the company knows what treasures they have in Stella and Belen - we can't wait to see them again on our next stay!

The breakfast as a lovely continental with additional options from their menu. Order the fresh squeezed orange juice from their ala carte menu. It was a special treat!

The hotel is very clean and very well maintained, all is new (wich is a very important criteria for me) Spacious room and good quality furnitures. Well located, most things can be done on foot from the hotel. Secure neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my confort. The hotel has a cute rooftop where you can have a quiet evening drink. Rich breakfast. ++ I had no pressure for check out time. I highly recommend

This a fantastic small hotel in a great location with the friendliest staff. This was my second stay here and both times it was fabulous! I will be back in Rome again on business and this will definitely be where I choose to stay. The breakfast is great, the hotel is clean, the staff is accommodating and friendly and the location is perfect.

Boutique hotel with warm welcoming staff and interior design. Very nice breakfast, good restaurant for evening dinner. Rooftop bar is a beautiful place.
