Nice and clean, very spacious. Robes, slippers and flip flops provided. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend to book in for the spa room, it was a highlight. Simple but tasty breakfast with good variety of selection. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Staff made everything super handy by being available to communicate via WhatsApp. We stayed two nights which wasn’t long enough.

There is no restaurant in the hotel and the property is far from nearest village (montalcino) about 14 km. There is no coffee machine in rooms but coffee included to a great breakfast.

Rooms are enough big and comfortable. You can listen birds singing all day while enjoying your facility vine with extraordinary 360 degree view of Tuscany valley. A few old stone buildings in the facility is gorgeous, little walk routes, steps, giant trees, vine etc last the facility is heavenly beautiful. Breakfast so delicious and staff were very kind, helpful.

Signage on the drive up the hill to the property could be better.

Architecture, focus on support for local artists, modern amenities, fantastic views of Tuscany, striking yet inviting decor throughout the buildings, large, comfortable spa facilities, fresh produce grown on site. Amazing attention to detail!

This house is just amazing! The view and room itself was beautiful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Super kind staffs were so helpful. Just be aware that not to be too late to reach here because there's some rough road for 5-10min just before you arrive.

Wifi connection was very spotty.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed! From the moment we checked in we were in awe of the property, our room, and the spa! Could not of picked a better place to stay; the staff was amazing, breakfast was prompt and delicious, and the private spa was everything you could dream of! Our room was luxurious and the shower was our favorite part, so spacious! Property is a bit off the beaten path, I would stick with driving to and from it during the day. Once you arrive you won't regret it. Perfect for couples and the privacy you desire. Small slice of heaven!

Although we were made aware beforehand that there are no food facilities on site, we were still slightly let down to arrive and find no availability for snacks, fruit or the like. Perhaps having a few small, non-perishable items - even chips or crackers - available for guests in a pinch might be worth exploring! With that said, we enjoyed the breakfast in the tasting room each morning, and had a delicious meal as part of the Wine Tasting and Dinner experience. Just keep in mind that with most restaurants in Montalcino 20mins away, you definitely have to plan ahead somewhat.

Amazing property, and personalized service. Our room was gorgeous, one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in. The surrounding property was equally stunning, and walking around it in the evening after our Wine tasting was as simply romantic and quietly awe-inspiring as anything I've ever done. A memory we won't soon forget. Special mention to Emilio for making us feel at home during our stay. Informative, knowledgeable and understanding; we felt he is a great representative of the property. We had a gift awaiting in our room at check in for our Honeymoon, which was a very unexpected and welcomed surprise; cudos to the staff for this nice touch! As well, being able to book out the spa privately was a nice treat that we enjoyed each night of our stay. We had many other amazing destinations to follow after our visit to Castelgiocondo, but we were truly sad to go. Hope to return one day...

We spent days finding the perfect honeymoonspot. We came across this estate and fell in love. Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms were very romantic, big and clean. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathrooms were huge and luxurious. The estate is a complete gem. We felt super relaxed here. Very off the grid. And so beautiful. The breakfast was superb. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Valentina is a perfect host. She was really helpful and sweet. We had only booked one night, but ended up coming back for 2 more nights. We are definitely coming back!
