Fantastic place with great staff

The breakfast was always cakes (of all kinds) poor choices of drinks, very low quality coffee and only 2 choices of fruit throughout our whole stay (always Watermelon and cantaloupe). What we hated the most is the fact that the only gave us one small bottle of water, for the both of us, each day! When we asked for water, they charged us. Luckily there is a little town, 5 minutes away by car, and so we bought a few things. We didn't try their dinner (that we of course had to pay) because based on their breakfast, we figured we were better off going outside.

The location and the people were great! But what we loved the most was how comfortable the bed. The shower and the AC were definitely appreciated as well.

As mentioned above, the breakfast can certainly be improved. Some warm options can be added.

The room was very satisfactory and so were the services. The staff was also very accommodating of our requests for a quick lunch although it was not served on the property during the days of our stay. Everyone spoken English and communication was not an issue. I wouldn't say that I was very impressed with the breakfast. So, yes there is certainly a scope for improvement there. The town of Borgagne itself has nothing much to offer unless you are just using the Masserias (farmhouses) as a base to travel to nearby places. So, without a personal car, places are not easily accessible. The property can arrange for one if necessary but it truly affects the flexibility of designing one's day. Therefore, I would caution against the location if one does not have private transport.

Everything about Tenuta Kyrios is wonderful. Breakfast was great! Home made yoghurt, grape tarts & other home crafted sweet treats & fruit plus savoury...boiled eggs, bruschetta, breads etc. Pool was fantastic after a warm day looking around the coastal towns. Sunset drinks looking over the vineyards. Their Rosè is delicious. Lovely morning wander around the farm.

Excellent family owned agriturismo, a short drive away from the breathtaking coast, featuring brand new pool, comfy rooms, elegant gardens and a restaurant that serves delicious local dishes at a competitive price. Strongly recommend

A variety of food at breakfast could be wider, there were little cheese, salami, vegetable and fruit options.

A good hotel, peaceful and with a nice atmosphere. Clean rooms, all with access to the yard. Nice pool. Sweet breakfasts with fresh pies, they even baked delicious gluten free pies what we really appreciated!

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain.

The bathroom is really good, big with a great shower. The external area is really well cared. The breakfast is amazing and the location is really good, close to the beaches. The value for money is super-b.

Serving breakfast was due to the covid very complicated and annoyingly organized.

Located relatively secluded ( like all locations in that area) this hotel is like an oasis in the desert. The rooms are large and spacious, equipped with TV, air conditioning and a terrace in front of the room. Everything looks very modern. Breakfast was good. To get to the beach or anywhere else you need a car. Presented as an agriturismo, I was expecting something more "country-like", like local products, animals, a grandmother who cooks. Agriturismo is probably only because it is located in a more rural area. However, it has a well-kept garden with olives Tree. Looks beautiful.
