    - the beach was quite dirty and we didn’t want to go into the water, due to a great amount of crabs, dead jellyfish and dirt. - fresh towels and loo rolls would have been great, no one informed us about cleaning service regulations - the labeling outside could be better, it took us a while to find our way - the bungalow was fine and sufficient for a long weekend trip, quite basic though and a bit dirty - the staff was friendly, however they could not offer us basic information: such as opening hours of restaurants inside the resort, which was a bit disappointing

+ Close to the beach, rather quiet and not crowded at all + our dog loved the resort as well + nice beach bar & friendly staff

Style of the resort and of furniture, glamping / boho chic. And beautiful light blue color as a main theme. Perfect view from the restaurant terrace at breakfast. Way to start the day. Relatively wide selection at breakfast, every day different cakes, prosecco bottles in the drinks buffet ;). The cottages are very well thought trough. Very good use of the space, so that a 34 square meters cottage can have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with dining table and a big TV. Lovely feeling of being in the nature but having all the perks of a hotel = glamping. Yes, the beach is not the best in Italy but that is to be expected in this region and it is not the resort's fault, it's not 'dirty' it's just what nature is like in the Laguna. The resort compensates excellently with the newly renovated pool with free sun beds with crispy stylish towels on each of them. Not as many mosquitoes as I thought. Very comfortable beds. Super nice personnel. Nice beach bar and yacht club. A very pleasant surprise in Grado! We'll be back!

Nothing to do with the resort itself, but Mozzies - for got it was a lagoon as well as the sea and the mozzies are a nuisance, bring mozzie repelent (or buy it at the Eurodiscount store 4.4km towards Grado) even out of season.

This was a wonderful discovery. The beach for the dogs, which after the end of September they were allowed to run on all of, was lovely and they had a wonderful time. The fact that both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms was marvellous. The fleece blankets were gorgeous - shame they don't sell them! Fresh bottled water (fizzy and flat) each day plus new Illy coffee capsules for the machine - and we didn't ask the housekeeping to clean our room because of the 2 dogs, but these were left on the table outside. So thoughtful. They seem to have thought of everything we needed or wanted which was terrific. The staff at reception were lovely (Sylvia, Dilletta and Tommy) and very helpful. In summer I can imagine the place is crazy full. So glad it wasn't summer as it was peaceful and the dogs could go on all the beaches.

Our appartment was In the middle of pine trees and 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is not overcrowded with people. Lovely little Bar stair at the beach, giving a nice atmosphere. You also get a bicycle included. The area has lots of bicycle roads, all flat if that matters 😉

The beach at the resort is very ugly. So many algae, entering the water is nearly impossible. Also there are many crabs in there.

Awesome resort. We stayed at small bungalow. Pets are allowed, the bungalow was very well equipted. Comfortable beds, air conditioning. Very nice cleaning service. The resort also has a small market. Breakfast was very good too.

Very overpriced. Not a 4-star hotel. Very boring for kids.
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children

    1) This is grossly overpriced and a very bad value for money. No way this is actually a 4-star resort. They charge 2.5x times more for bungalows, which are similar in size to a bungalow we had in a nearby camping village just a week before. 2) The biggest disappointment is the beach. It's completely neglected. Is full of weed on the beach and in the water. Lacks floating border and those outstanding inflatable on the water playground structures that you can find in the nearby camping village. The life guard is on duty just a couple hours per day and the rest of the time spends at the bar. The beach is absolutely boring for kids. Even my elderly mom complained of strong currents in the deeper area designated for swimming. 3) The bungalow had a tiny fridge without freezer (no ice cream for kids), had neither microwave nor dishwasher. In the nearby camping village we had a full-sized fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher for 40% of the price. 4) On Booking.com they declare free “Daily housekeeping”, but they don’t do any cleaning for free. No cleaning. No towels change. No bed lining change even if you stay for more than a week. We logged a complaint with Booking about that, but all we managed to receive was a second set of towels. 5) During one of the storms we had water dripping from multiple places (see pictures). 6) Some windows lacked mosquito nets, meaning we couldn’t open our master bedroom’s window at night. 7) It also drives me crazy that some hotels, Tenura included, think that door locks on a master bedroom and toilets aren’t mandatory. 5 people in the house and you cannot relax in the toilet!!! 8) For some reason they decided to paint the swimming pool in dark brown color. Looking at the water in it you cannot stop thinking that the water is dirty. I swear, it may be perfectly clean, but it looks dirty! 9) Since they don’t have many people now, the animation program is very limited. It’s very boring with kids there.

    1) The Internet was fast everywhere 2) Our 3 bedrooms bungalow was fairly spacious. I mean the bedrooms are certainly tiny, but the living room with a fireplace and kitchen was quite large and comfy. 3) The territory is huge. Previously it was a busy camping village. Now they purged all the campers and the place feels dead empty. Some people may find that attractive. 4) They do give you 2 old squeaky bikes to move around. You can rent better bikes for longer trips. 5) There are 4 tennis courts, which you can book for free. You can borrow rackets and balls too. 6) There is a golf course across the road and a marina. 7) The garden is well taken care of, although it mainly looks nice from the main road, which is used for car traffic, and there is no beautiful walking loop exclusively for pedestrians.

Comfortable stylish cottages. We booked Deluxe. Beautiful territory. But the most pleasant impressions are from the staff. Everyone with whom we communicated tried to make our vacation as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to the guys from the Yacht Club restaurant and reception. I think we will come again someday.

We booked a Deluxe cottage, and it was very comfortable. The cottage has everything you need and even more. Stylish design of the interior and the entire territory. The location is right on the seashore. Rental of bicycles is included in the price, but we did not take them - we like to walk. Large swimming pool. The staff is wonderful, everyone sincerely tries to make your vacation amazing. It was my daughter's birthday, so a pleasant surprise awaited her. Also, they really love animals here. Our husky dog appreciated it :) Thanks a lot for wonderful vacation!
