It’s slightly further out of town than we expected but again, the staff were so accommodating helping us figure out transport, booking taxis for us and also renting bikes for us that it was never really an issue.

The most beautiful hotel set against a stunning backdrop. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed and everyone was so friendly, nothing ever felt like an inconvenience! Tenuta Tropeano really make you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious with so many options and the pool is beautiful and perfect for a lounge day.

The property was modern with fantastic views over the sea. It was in a quite spot outside the buzz of Tropea but still within 5 minutes drive to the town centre and several beautiful beaches.

This is a little hidden gem nestled away from the main part of Tropea. The staff, especially Angelo are extremely helpful and warm. With on-site parking and pool it’s a great location without needing to leave. Recently completed rooms are very well done!

I'm not able to come up with much for this. Upon arrival I noticed that the grass was getting a little long but before we left the grounds crew came through and really got the place to sparkle.

The service and food was excellent, excellent, excellent! Also, bonus - as we ate breakfast looking out to the ocean we heard a horse snarl below us, it was Ginger, the owners horse. We ended up really bonding with her.

The location is 15min away from historic centre where most of the best restaurants are located, so it meant a lot of driving back and forth. There is no restaurant at the property, though this was advertised in the amenities. The pool is quite old and a bit dated.

The B&B is a little further out of Tropea than we would have preferred. We had to take a cab to town anytime we wanted to go.

This B&B is on a beautiful property with gorgeous landscaping and a large pool. The rooms were modern, impeccably clean and comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! It was a lovely experience.

Most friendly welcome and attentive staff/family members during our stay. Well maintainted facility, nice pool, amazing view of the sea. Secure parking lot inside the facility with a code to open the gate. Modern, clean and quiet sea view room, comfortable bed. Quiet running fridge with a nice selection of fee-based drinks. The versatile breakfast on the terrace included a wide choice of everything the heart desires. All in all two perfect overnight stays.

The place looks brand new, everything was fresh and clean. Staff were very welcoming and happy to chat. The pool was great lots of towels and sun beds. Parking was easy and free. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was very modern, well equipped and beautiful.

We went as a couple for two nights. The Breakfast was very tasty and you can serve it on the terrace outside of the building, which gives a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Modern place. Quiet. Outdoor pool. Private parking. The room looks very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and the small terrace is enough to catch a glimpse outside and to dry your wet clothes. We also enjoyed the small litte welcoming details with sweets and messages. Definitely a place worth to stay if you go to Tropea.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It was was very clean, super well maintained and so pretty. great location too, a bit out of the main town which was nice (but very close by car). The whole staff was SO SO NICE and verrrry helpful. Angelo (owner/manager) was the very best he received us. So kind and helpful. We found out his two sisters were in charge as well and you could tell how passionate, hard working and dedicated they were to the family business. A real treat and we would definitely return. Super breakfast too ;)

A beautiful estate with brand new facilities. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, in full working order. Shower was hot and powerful. AC worked great. Minibar in room with reasonably priced water / drinks if needed. Secure and free parking on site. Nice pool with loungers. Breakfast on the terrace each morning made our day! I cannot express how clean this property was - perfetto! What really made this trip special was how we were treated by Angelo and the team. A family run management team who are also hands on with serving, helping guests and making sure everyone is happy. Some people have a skill for hospitality in their heart, and this family is a glowing example of that. Grazie!

One thing we realised that Tropea was not in walking distance ! Not the end of the world as we hired a car with the help of the hotel and it was delivered/collected to the hotel. Much easier to have transport to pop for lunch or the supermarkets. 200 Euros for 4 days.

This place is fantastic !!! Run by a family and they could not have been more helpful ! Nothing was too much trouble and they were beyond attentive... Beautiful location overlooking the sea and so quiet ! Rooms are very well sound proofed, but the only noise you will hear are the birds tweeting in the morning. As mentioned in previous reviews the breakfast is superb and the freshly made coffee is amazing. Normally I would miss my own bed, but the bed and cushions were sooooo comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a chilled location and a lovely pool. We would often get a Tut Tut into town and this would cost 15 euros. Often the staff would order this for us. We would seriously think about returning one day and can't praise this place enough ! Hope to see Angelo/Ester & Christina in the near future... X PS- Local restaurant is great... La Quercia. Only a few minutes walk if you fancy staying close by. We went there on two nights and the pizza is superb ! Very reasonable and again the staff are lovely. No English menus so you'll need Google translate, but they do speak enough english with our broken Italian to get around the menu. ENJOY !!!!

Place is practically new, family owned and perfect. 5 minutes by car out of tropea town, is a very good alternative. It has an amazing view and the staff es there for you The breakfast is made in the moment for each guest!!!!

We had nothing to complain about!

We liked the Tenuta tropeano very very much! The rooms are very well equipped, spacious and quiet (even the air conditioning is not heard at night!!). The breakfast was very tasty and was prepared with love and there was a lot to choose from (even vegetarian options). The whole complex with pool has a sea view and is very nicely situated! We felt very well looked after by Angelo's family and got very good tips for beaches, restaurants etc! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great time!!!
