The bathrooms were minimal with no hot water in the sink and shower devise malfunctioned.

A very beautiful setting and a sweet hotel. The grounds had a lot of natural beauty but slightly rough around the edges..

Lots of hills to climb! However it meant that I have not put on weight with all the great Italian food!

Location of the property is stunning! Beautiful views all around. Heated thermal pool was lovely and great that there was a good beach 5 minutes walk away. Room was very comfortable and clean and staff were very helpful. Beautiful well kept tropical garden surrounds.

Wasn’t clear about transportation cost and half board deals. I expected to seat seam as breakfast area but it was indoor seating. Missed out the view. Owner should tell us when he promotes the half board. Very expensive pasta in whole town. Better go fancy restaurants, at list you pay for that.

Lovely view and nice free spa.

However, we missed the eggs being cooked in several batches so they didn't get cold and boring. The finished coffee on the thermos was almost undrinkable - why? As the hotel had guests on full board, it was a bit strange that we were not offered that dinner. We had been super interested in eating at the hotel, but instead went elsewhere for our evening meal.

really nice location with easy access to the beach and only a relatively short walk to S' Angelo. The thermal facilities were older, but nevertheless met our expectations. It was good for the body after a long day in the sun to dive into the naturally heated water and enjoy the benefits of the mineral-rich water. The breakfast buffet was really well-stocked and could satisfy most people.

The WiFi is very, very bad.

The hotel is in the most beautiful locations on Ischia. Up on the hill but not too far from the beach and on the iconic walk to St Angelo. Could not recommend this place more, the views are AMAZING. I was blown away everyday :) Giorgio and his mum really looked after us, I have multiple allergies (incl. gluten) and they catered for me daily with delicious bread and cakes. We loved the restaurant and recommend getting the half board. Delicious home cooked food for dinner which included an antipasti, primi pati, main and a dessert for 20 eur. The breakfast is also very good. We will come back again when we are on this side of the world. I’ll never forget the 3 days we had on the island and at Fernandino beach and spa!

I booked a room with a sea view but it was partial at best. We also didn’t realize that you can’t drive to the hotel from the main road so had to park it and then take a buggy cab.

Lovely location, with fantastic views on the water. Set back slightly up the hill with gardens around it. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Close to a few lovely beaches.

Sun decks/umbrellas on the beach were quite expensive; there was no refrigerator in the room; beds were squeaky and hard but comfortable (thanks to pillows I guess).

We’ve just had an amazing stay in a very beautiful and cozy place with extraordinary view at St.Angelo! The hotel is totally run by one sweet family, with pure Italian hospitality and a willingness to fulfill your every wish. The food is really delicious, starting from various breakfasts (pastry is the best ever! although I personally don’t like sweet food…and please try home marmalades, too!) to rich half board dinners; from home table water to frizzante house wine… Just bellissimo! The SPA area was nice with sauna and face (skin pores) inhalation, hot sand (famous fumarole) and of course thermal pools! Which were clean, with jacuzzi options and inexpressible in words sea views! These views are the best from the sunbed just around the corner. Exquisite interior of sea blue/lemon yellow ceramics everywhere with nautical accents - with taste and style thanks to diploma in Interior design of Giorgio I guess :) Every day at the same time (after lunch - quiet time) I’ve personally had an anti stress therapy stroking Cora - the family’s dog, listening to lounge music and viewing Capri and yachts crossing the waves… The idea of no cars surrounded, being met by small electrocar or boat taxi… Family photos in the lobby… Branded towels and bags to carry them to the beach… Spices and lemons grown in the garden… Birds singing on the balcony… Your perfect vacation in a place you want to come back again once you’ve just went out the door… Grazie mille e a dopo!

The weather wasnt great but we can only blame the Gods for that!

Everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Family run so super friendly relaxed atmosphere with friendly visitors predominantly German. Wonderful breakfasts and super attentive staff. Great facilities even if the weather is not great you ha e bath in steaming thermal pools and sweat in a steamy natural sauna-like cave! A 15 minute walk uphill into town for an eveninv meal sharpens your appetite but you can also eat at the hotel.

I actually enjoyed the exercise of long walks on hilly paths to get to cafes and the bus, but some may not like this. There are lots of options for electric car transportation.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Good breakfast. Very nice superior room.

A bit hard to get there. You have to take taxi from the Porto and then electric car to get up there. Believe me, it is not trivial to there without if you have luggage!

From the place where the taxis arrive until the hotel, it's worth to take an electric shuttle. The path is difficult with a baggage.

Nothing (just keep in mind that sant’angelo is on a big rock : you will have a lot of steps to climb every day. No elevator in the hotel but only 3 floors max ☺️).

The view is amazing and the food is very good. There are no cars driving, so it's a pedestrian area, which is great. And Antonio did a great job in arranging our drive back to Neaples. He was really nice.

Just to say that they don’t freak good English. This is a very Italian resort, although they do normally attract German customers and apparently speak German. It just made communication difficult. But they were very friendly. Also the whole area was expensive. Not the hotel so much.

Location was fab half way up a cliff with a view of capri in the distance. We were outside the village of saint Angelo where only electric golf buggies can navigate the narrow streets. We also used a water taxi to get from the beach to the village! That was fun
