Good breakfast, but ZERO vegetables at the breakfast

If i really have to find something i don’t like, the spa water is to hot.

Fourth time here this year, confortable, clean, good design, nice breakfast, quite nice spa too, finally had the chance to use the large outside pool!

The shower box is small and the position of the shower jet is uncomfortable. Same thing for the toilet paper holder (positioned too much backward). The general feeling of the hotel is an old (fascist) building.

The indoor hot springs and spa are very nice! Two saunas, one steam bath, another sort of steam bath, 2 hot water large tubs (one with little shoulder-neck message jet streams), one kneipp path and another large tub with hydro massages. Water and tisanes for free. The breakfast has a good assortment.

Only few details wasn't perfect. No Vegan alternatives at breakfast and at SPA there isn't other liquid than water.

I definitely like the entire SPA and hotel cleanless as well as the silence.

Amazing pools and great choice for winter specially, nice breakfast and good quality-price level. Too expensive the spa treatments though, they should offer shorter massages for less.

The rooms although very clean weren’t designed well. There was no mirror at the dressing table, the bathroom was a good size but the shower was far too small. Staff were ok but none of them really tried hard. I left an item in the bar one night and never recovered it. The staff I asked about it didn’t really seem interest, said they’d ask about, but no one came back to me. Also we couldn’t get Wi-Fi in our room. It was fine by the pool and in reception but non-existent in our bedroom

Beds are 80cm wide which is less comfortable, double room was quite small in general. It was really challenging to dry our swimsuits in the room without a balcony.

Room was on first floor near open atrium was very noisy early morning setting up tables and chairs for breakfast buffet. Definitely should be addressed. Bathroom could use shelving to place personal items, there was no place to even put a toothbrush. Hair dryer is a bit antiquated!!!

Great location near beaches and lidos, an amazing beautiful pool, never seen a pool as big the children’s pool was great too both very clean! Nice gardens to walk around hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices

It's hard to reach out entrance with luggages, no any help offered during the check-in. It seems they are bored with new hotels guests. You pay any extras, Could and artificial environment, not recommended for joyful people.

Really nice and clean hotel with spa facilities. Great location, close to the beach (less than 5min walk) and many restaurants. The pool is massive, bigger than in the pictures, which was a great surprise. Breakfast was good, the staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was disappointing, especially the fact that single-use plastic cups and bowls were provided for fruit juices and cereals. This is completely un-ecological and not something I would expect from a rated spa hotel. The hotel also seemed under-staffed though this may have reflected the fact that this was early season - the reception and barman seemed rushed off their feet.

The staff were very friendly, there was a good bar and the swimming pool was a good size.

Water of the spa pool wasn't warm. Could provide more toiletries, e.g. toothpaste. Could avoid so much use of plastic, especially in the breakfast room, e.g. use glasses instead of plastic cups.
