We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe condition of the room was not ok. 1) Little insulation from room-to-room noise. I could hear the guests in the other room talking on the phone about their dog. The bathroom is poorly designed. The door of the closed was dangerous moving.
The facilities are excellent. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great and very enjoyable. This hotel offers a relaxing environment for a weekend or a couple of days off when you need to take a break.

Georgia1. You should definitely give your regular customers compliments or get a loyalty card! 2. The boys in the buffet area can't cope. orders take a long time; and the whole zone became uncomfortable. especially when the chairs were removed and the stage was installed. 3. Claudia could have been more polite and offered me at least a compliment for the penalty we were charged for a no-show at the end of December. It is unacceptable not to take care of regular customers! 4. gentlemen! Offer your customers good tea! and not this water in bags...
I've been to this hotel 7 times and of course I like it! there are red pools here, which are open until 11 pm; excellent dinners; interiors.

ItalyThe room was very warm. There was no possibility to regulate the temperature unless by opening the window. You get assigned a table which you have for your whole stay. As a result you always have the same people around you.
Room was big and bed wide and comfy. Breakfast had great variety of fresh fruit. The spa was big and clean.

SwitzerlandOur stay occurred during a rather busy period (Christmas) and there was quite a bit of confusion in regards to seating in the dining area, special menus and pricing - it didn't spoil our experience but this could (should) be improved. That being said, the staff did their best to accommodate us and everyone else.
The extensive facilities of thermal pools, lounging, treatment and resting areas were truly impressive. We also particularly appreciated the quality and style chosen for the renovations - a great balance between Romanesque Italian architecture and modern requirements & standards.

KazakhstanI do not recommend dining in the hotel restaurant. For the same price for three persons (about 100 euro) you can have a very tasty meal in a Michelin-starred restaurant 50 meters from the hotel entrance.
Excellent pools with thermal water, a huge selection of saunas, the territory is very beautiful and well-groomed.
