The location was perfect for the railway station and an easy walk to the main tourist sites. The room was a good size and I enjoyed resting in the comfortable armchair after a hard day's sightseeing.

Alessia was very accommodating with the check in process when we arrived later than anticipated. The property is located close to the Termini train station with a few restaurants and cafes nearby (try Kitchen Bar) . Welcome drink, biscuits as well as toiletries were nice touches.

The owner let me use the same towel for 4 days, also, my trash can was not empty during my stay; I tried to do it myself, but the bigger trash can downstairs was locked.

The place is convenient and safe, I walked a lot during my 4day trip.

the room was a bit too small for a 3-single-bedroom, just enough to fit in 3 beds, you have to open your suitcase on the bed, as there is no place on the floor. the shower tray is not drain very well, you have to take care when open the door to make sure the water do not flood out.

Location is good, just 10 mins walk from the Temini Train station, so easy to get on/off train and the subway. easy walking distance to many good restaurants. the kitchen facilities are sufficient enough for a few days stay.

The hotel is so great that will be beyond your imagination. It’s very near railway station, very convenient location for traveling. There is a small public kitchen, and the owner puts some bread, coffee, tea, and candies. There is a microwave oven , bread machine, and coffee machine inside. It was Valentine's Day when I checked in, so the owner also put Valentine's Day cake and cookies on the public shelves in the area for guests to choose from. After checking into the room, there is a bag of potato chips, a bottle of limoncello, a bottle of juice drink, and four coffee capsules as gift. It’s really amazing! The room is very tidy and warm, just like home, and there are many pillows on the bed to meet the needs of different guests. The bed is very comfortable, clean, very warm and soft. There is a small refrigerator, hot water kettle, mouthwash cup, soap and hygiene set in the room. I have to describe my experience. I hope that through my experience you can experience the hospitality, friendliness and warmth of the owner of this hotel. I checked in very late and didn't check my email or answer the phone calls from the hotel(at the beginning I thought maybe it’s promotion or advertisement), it was actually past 21 o'clock when I arrived at the hotel. However, the owner overcame many difficulties and drove over during off-duty hours. I'm really grateful to the owner for checking me in. If it weren't for her, I would have slept at street. Unfortunately that night was a totally bad night for me!The lock in my room was broken. I couldn't unlock the door and was stuck at room. It was already at 23 o'clock. I sent a message to the owner and she drove over and helped me solve the problem. I am very grateful to her. I saw the enthusiasm and kindness of the Italian people from this elegant lady, just like the feeling that Rome gave me. The warmth of treating guests like friends and family made me feel at ease in a foreign country.

All arrangements were very easy to make, the room is obviously very well kept, everything was like in the photos on Booking, no unpleasant surprises. The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials for breakfast and coffee/tea. We also liked complimentary drinks and snacks left in the room. Good location, near Termini station.

Everything was perfect. We loved it and we would stay there again. Just a small detail: the shower is a bit tight and fixed on the wall with no cord.

The location. Very good area. Close to both metro lines of the city. Beautiful building, classical italian architecture. Very cute room, clean, cosy with very good amendments. Very kind personnel and owners. Beyond expectation for its price. (Even though it was New Year's Day, the hosts were there to greet us and make us feel welcome)

The room was a little small but was expected. Nothing wrong with it.

The location was fantastic. And the host was really kind. They put cookies, coffee and other things as a courtesy. You could walk to any tourist attraction and didn't need public transportation at all.

We do really have wonderful stay in Livia’s place, location is the best! It takes just 6 minutes from Rome termini, and many nice restaurants and Conad market around here! And the host is really friendly and helpful, room is tidy and cozyyyy :))

The room is small and the shower didn’t drain very well. But this is not unusual for Rome.

It is nice quiet location with nice restaurants near by. There is a small kitchen which can be used by all the rooms with some basic breakfast supplies. Great location to get to the Termini Train Station. Also main attractions are close by Metro or if you are happy to walk within 30 mins.

The lack of hand soap (we used the body wash envelopes instead but it was messy).

We liked the location, near to a metro station Castro Pretorio and safe area to walk around in that direction (otherwise walking towards the train station at night, is like in every big city, not so nice but nothing to worry too much about it). There is a drugstore and mini market 2 blocks from the apartment and many restaurants 10-15 min walking distance. We tried the one across the apartment but it was just ok nothing memorable. The management/ owner was present at the moment of checking in and responded very quickly to our necessities during our stay regarding some defects in the bathroom that were promptly resolved. There was water, coffee and a complimentary juice in our room, as well as very good A/C and we have electric outlets in each side of the bed. The bed was comfortable and had nice bedding. There was a mini kitchenette were you can make your own coffee and some other drinks.
