This is a great place to stay. The owner is very friendly. The location is amazing, really close to the centre but quiet. It is a small place, just a few rooms in an apartment sharing with the owner. I had a good big bedroom and a private bathroom across the corridor. Breakfast was included which was very good and filling.

Finding a parking spot difficult. Best advice from hosts is to use the garage nearby which runs 15E overnight. Was good advice as was safe and secure spot.

The location is spectacular, seriously, couldnt have been better. Our hosts went out of their way to be hospitable with maps, restaurant advice, sights, lovely italian breakfast each morning and good conversation in Italian so I could practice my skills. Bed was great, nice room and bath with plenty of hot water, quiet location. Would stay again.

I am one of those Americans that likes to eat healthy on vacation. The typical Italian breakfast has to much sugar for me. Not really their fault (and they will let you put food in the fridge) so less of a complaint and more of a suggestion if you want to eat sugar free breakfast, pack it.

Everything was fantastic. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. The location is just a few feet outside of the sassi. THANK YOU for everything.

I would add some non sweet options for the breakfast - like plain yogurt, cheese.

Location is excellent. It is just 2min walk from the Sassy and 7 min walk to the station. Breakfast is a bit too sweet for me but it is ok as a teporay change from my normal ways. I liked very much big sweet ears - local biscuits in the shape of ears. My room facedthe back yardand itwas quiet. The guys who run this b&b were very helpful and gave me more advises than the tourist office.

Everything went well

The location is perfect. It is extremely close to main attractions, but still calm area. The communication was nice as well. The apartments are clean and hosts provide everything you may need.

Only remark is there’s no savory breakfast option despite the picture showing it.

The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Clean and tastefully furnished house, comfy bed. It’s right next to the Piazza Vittoria Veneto. Abundant typical sweet Italian breakfast from cereal to cakes. Good value for money.

Great location as close to the sassi yet a quiet street with good phone reception and Wi-Fi! Spotless and everything a traveller needs was provided. Mario was a lovely host. He was easy to contact and gave lots of advice about places to eat and visit and let us leave our bags after check out time. Also great homemade cake and home grown oranges !

When arrived, I still couldn't believe it was right behind the main historic area - perfect location and you can easily walk to the main points of interest. Breakfast was carefully prepared and enjoyed the combination of local sweet, bread and fruit, and espresso. Highly recommended.

The flat is right on the edge of the old town, and the staff are very welcoming, offering free coffee and tea and yoghurt. The breakfast is also very good.

Terra Lucana is located in a modern building in the new part of the city. Options abound if you woild rather stay within the Sassi.

The host is extremely helpful and friendly, providing lots of advice as well as Italian breakfast. great location just outside the Stassi. comfortable and clean, quiet.
