I didn't realize that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower, and the door to the shower and toilet slid, and there was a gap between the door and the wall. This creating a bit of awkwardness when using the bathroom, as the other person was fully aware of everything going on in the bathroom...

The location was great and the owner was very accommodating to our arrival time being close to when checkout is over. The space was clean and had a good amount of privacy.

Location of this apartment is fantastic. We ate out in Trastevere each night with soooo many great options and atmosphere! Aso really accessible to the city with a short stroll down the main road and over the bridge. We arrived in Rome at the Roma Termini station, then caught a bus which took us almost directly outside the apartment. If you’re not a keen walker (walks to main attractions in the city were all around 25-35 mins), you could easily catch a bus or light rail in. The apartment itself is cute, we had a double room which was good and the bathroom was renovated with a big shower which was better than expected. The common area has a microwave and some kitchen facilities, and while it was a bit cold during our time of year, there is a good sized shared balcony which would be great in the warmer months! One of the best parts about the stay was the service!!! Self check in was easy, host is responsive, and he cleaned our room everyday!! This included making the bed, opening blinds, cleaning the bathroom and stocking up toiletries. We were happily surprised by this service!! Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Rome! We were very comfortable there for 3 nights!!

The 'INDUSTRIAL' themed room, the fittings look great, very industrial looking BUT they're noisy when knocked into, moved or generally used.

Nicely tucked away, 30 minute walk to Colosseum. Lovely bakery around the corner for al fresco breakfast in the square. At night felt safe walking around the streets.

The room price was very reasonable but you need to factor in the €7 pppn tourist tax which seems on the steep side

The facilities were not so clean and the rooms were a bit dark. Also, the room we booked had mold but when we told the staff, they gave us another room for 2/3 nights so they could clean it up, which was nice. The third night we changed back to our first room and it was gone.

Very nice location in Trastevere! There is a supermarket around the corner and the neighborhood is nice. The terrace outside was nice for a quick bite in the sun.

Our towels weren’t changed during our stay (3 nights) which was a bit disappointing. The room’s cleaning (at 9:00AM) should be done later than « early » in the morning.

We stayed in the « suite room » which was confortable and spacious enough for a couple. The location was perfect in the beautiful neighborhood of Trastevere. The price was very affordable for the center of Rome. We had also the opportunity to store our luggages after the check out.

Sofa bed was extremely squeaky, but we did not utilize it. The shower had weak pressure with the rainfall head looking quite black.

The rooms were very comfortable with enough towels, toiletries, and even air conditioning/heating. Cute balcony that you share with other guests as well. There was a working elevator to get upstairs which was nice as the room was on the fourth floor.

It is more budget than I expected. There is no reception and and it feels a little like a backpackers. That said, the price is really good for the centre of Rome, so I think my expectations were too high to begin with. Fancy hotels cost more. This is a good price for a room in Rome and communication was quick and easy via WhatsApp. Perhaps even more efficient than dealing with a reception.

The location is definitely the best part. It's really close to the heart of Trastavere, but it's not noisy in the room. The terrace is great. The room was clean.

Didn’t like the communication regarding city tax, we weren’t told how to pay until after we had checked out/ left but this was sorted after transferring money

Our room was rather dim - designed romantically with a large bath in one corner - but very hard to see to apply makeup, for example, even with a light on. The light only comes through the balcony doors, which are right beside the cleaner’s room which he needs to access often daily - so it’s not too private when others are using the balcony.

We were very grateful to be given access to the secure entry area outside the bedrooms where we could leave our luggage both on early arrival and late departure. We loved having access to the shared balcony space where we could enjoy a meal or coffee. The location was excellent for exploring Trastevere but about a 2km easy walk to the historic sights which are quite spread out from each other. We were unaware that our room received a basic service daily thus were pleasantly surprised to return from sightseeing to a tidy room.

Check in was confusing as wasn't informed that you had to contact the host for the pin for the door ect, so was a lot of messing about right outside the door which could of been done earlier to make the whole process smoother. Shower head had a lot of limescale on so didn't run at full capacity. Cant easy to miss, could do with a bigger sign.

Great location for all the sites. We had a large balcony room which was fab. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of space for bags ect.
