There can be some noise at times as the rooms are very close.

Breakfast was fantastic, the host and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The house is directly opposite the beach and very relaxing on the terrace.

I do find the stairs a trifle difficult and would appreciate a fixed handrail on each side

Lovely place, great terrace with a very nice sea view :) Very helpful, friendly communicative and responsive host. The venue is very well located, close to the restaurants, shops and beach.

The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed and huge tarrace overlooking Pozzallo bay. The location is 5 minutes away from the Virtu Ferries. The owner was very nice and helpful and provided a good breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Great views from the balcony overlooking the beach. Very close proximity to ferry terminal. Only a ten minute walk. Best panini at the restaurant across the street. Everything was perfect. Check in was fast.

The only thing I would change is the lightbulbs -- from harsh daylight bright to softer tone. That's it!

It’s a pretty long walk from the train station, consider a taxi.

Closest hotel to the ferry for those of us walking. Communication was excellent, breakfast was prepared and scheduled and good choices. Most of all the owner/manager was very helpful with instructions, tips and service. A very nice terrace and great views. Highly recommend

Being December, the rooms are quit cold for our preference

Croissants from the breakfast are one of the best that i've ever tasted. There are home made, to a local bakery! Location very close to the ferry terminal, not far from the pedestrian walk from Pozzalo. The beach and the sea, just în front of the accomodation.

Due to roadworks on the beach road it was a bit of a drama getting the last 200m to the B&B, but I assume this is a short-term problem.

The B&B and the room were both super charming, and the bed is just about the most comfortable I have ever slept in - if I'd had a bigger car that mattress was coming with me!!! The terrace overlooking the beach was a real surprise, gorgeous view over the beach. Enjoyed the breakfast. Several restaurants and bars close by, though I didn't venture too far. Short walk (maybe 750m) to the Malta ferry terminal.

This property is a stone throw away from the ferry to Malta. The host Giancarlo is extremely helpful and knows how to treat a guest. Nice room with terrace just overlooking the beach. One could spend a whole day gazing at the sea. Of course in the morning, was welcomed with an itaian breakfast. We also had the option to park our motorcycles safely locked up in a garage. Highly recommended.
