There’s nothing I didn’t like. It was great value for money.

Really easy to get to from airport through to Central station, directions given were really helpful too. The shower was amazing - hot and good pressure. Close enough to walk in to main attractions. Conducive to meeting other travellers through drinks & pizza sharing time in the courtyard.

very friendly staff, super comfortable beds, the hostel is right next to Termini station, but if you want to walk to the old town, it will be from 20 to 30 minutes at least. but you can get with metro almost everywhere

The only thing I would change is having curtains on the bunk beds in the dorms for some privacy.

Warm, intimate setting. All of the staff were amazing and helpful. You feel right at home at the beehive, definitely give it a go.

As someone who has worked in a toxic environment in the professional world, I could sense that there was some toxicity coming from upper management on to the staff. Nonetheless, I never met upper management, and the front-facing staff were beyond incredible. The volunteers deserve the best work environment for their initiative in making guests genuinely feel at home!

The simpleness of the hostel allowed for authentic and genuine friendships to develop between the guests. Thank you to the volunteers for your kind-hearted, selfless attentiveness! Staying in the women's dorms was nice because it's a separate unit, about a minute walk from the main lobby of the hostel, so I felt like I had a private space and could engage with the other hostel guests when I wanted to in the main part of the hostel. It really felt like coming home to an apartment!

The room was called "the upstairs", but it was actually around the corner, so to get to the main office one had to go outside.

The staff was very friendly and helped me with changing the sleeping arrangements to accommodate me. When I made a mistake in the booking, they were very gracious about it.

Location being convenient also means it's a bit noisy. With the windows closed (for noise) the room got very warm, as the fan was also noisy at high speed. I used earplugs, which helped.

Spotlessly clean, pizza and drinks in the evening (the teenage boy with me loved the chance to try different pizzas). Fresh and excellent bagels for breakfast, for a small fee! Location is super convenient.

The location was brilliant, right in the heart of Rome, a stones throw from Termini. The staff were fantastic from before I arrived until after I left. They were extremely helpful, open and welcoming. The work of the staff really led to the great atmosphere in the hostel. A brilliant stay, highly recommended

Hostel has a warm athmasfore. I joined to brief Rome Tour which organized by hostel. That was really cute. I recommend to join it. I found good, sweet, respectful friends through it. Therefore my last 2 days on vacation turned excellent.
