It was told to us that we get a bathroom with our room. But there are 2 bathrooms which are shared. It's not very clean either. We couldn't use the kitchen either because there were a mountain of clothes on the floor and not clean. It had a no smoking sign but there was smell of cigarettes everywhere even inside the room. Also, we were told that they have a pet as well which wasnt mentioned.

The area and view was very nice. There are usually many youngsters at night outside the place all night. But still everything is very safe All are very nice. But it can be very noisy too which is why it's better to keep the windows closed. That cancels all of the noise. The lady was able to open the place at 4pm even though the check in time was 4.30 which is very nice of her.

Noisy, above a cafe due to central location. Main door to the appartment was damaged. Kitchen cluttered. Basic facilities. Room only.

The rooms were note prepared in time. Some rooms are next to a piazza with bars and restaurants and it was noisy until late, hard to get a good nights sleep. Some towels were not cleaned and some smelled very much like old basement. The rooms were not cleaned, a lot of dust, fur, hair och trash from previous guests. The shared shower/toilet wasn’t cleaned, the shower drain was clogged, the toilet weren’t cleaned, toilet paper ran out etc. All exit doors had to be opened with key, and there was only one exit, in case of fire this is very bad. There was an ongoing refurbishment in the building, I think has been ongoing for quite some time and will never end.

Good location but hard to find, no signs at the door. The view from the room was nice.

The owner of the property is rude.

I like the location very near to Leaning Tower of Pisa. But the owner has no compasion and rude.

Overall satisfied. It’s worth the price. Very central, near the leaning tower and just walking distance from pisa central. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

Was basically living with someone else. Really noisy at night and no way to turn the air con on. Wouldn't recommend for longer than a night if you stay at all.

Well, I feel sorry for myself after staying there as this place was so creepy. It is not a hotel, it is a extremely old house that belongs to a old lady . Main door lock is broken, you need to climb more than 20 stairs to get to the room and also need to lift your luggage too. Whole place was filled up with cigarette smoke as a nonsmoker I couldn’t breathe. Beds wasn’t clean, I feel sick after staying there. Kitchen and bathroom are extremely dirty, I have never seen any place dirty like this.

DO NOT BOOK THIS After waiting 5 HOURS to check in we arrived at 11am owner sent WhatsApp to say check in was at 4pm We still had luggage so had to wait around. Then at 4pm he called me and cancelled my booking Which left us completely stuck frantically trying to find somewhere!! My worst experience ever on booking.com l am trying to have this delisted. The man in the pizza restaurant across from this disgusting apartment was so kind and said that this happened all the time with this place Please please don't book!!!!!

Vivian was a very responsive, welcoming host. My friend and I missed our train out of Pisa, and booked last minute. She was very kind, flexible, and considerate of our hectic journey. The apartment was comfortable, home-y, authentically Italian, and had a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a gorgeous room and a gorgeous view.
