Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very modern looking room. It has a lot of fancy lights and a beautiful bathroom. The bed was good too. The tv worked. The wi-fi worked. The airconditioning worked. The staff was friendly. The location is perfect, easy to get to by bus and in the centre. I am very positive about this hotel and I would recommend it!

United KingdomI often travel by my own and usually single rooms have one and half size beds. Here the room was tiny with a single bed! Walls is the room worn by the signs of previous hosts, that could have been clean. Breakfast room was quite small, all tables very close. Not a peace and quiet beginning of the day! Given the price of the room, I would have expected a little better place.
The staff is very kind! The breakfast food was good, but the least of the usual Italian breakfast.

The location for me was excellent, being in the city center, being a frequent visitor to Ancona, with access to buses, places to eat, close to the port which I enjoyed visiting almost daily. The staff was superb, friendly, attentive and always helpful.
