Amazing hotel in Como. The hotel is in the perfect location really close to the centre of Como, the lake and the train station. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. The breakfast is at a lovely cafe just down the road and was really tasty, the staff there were also lovely. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel, it was the perfect base for us while visiting beautiful Lake Como. The rooms were the perfect size and comfort for what we needed too.

As with every bed I have slept on in Italy, they are hard mattresses.

Location was wonderful, walkable everywhere in Como. Just a short walk to the ferry and train station and restaurants. The hotel owner was incredibly kind and helpful. There is a small elevator which is nice for when you are moving luggage. The rooms are clean and it’s a good value.

Breakfast is not served but the owner has a good alternative. This is a really nice option and is only 2 min away. The location is great and near the Lake and the centre of Como. The staff is really helpfull and she has great tips and advice.

Great location -we arrived late via train and it’s a stones through from the bus and train station. Very close to ferry’s. Was a very comfy room and reasonably priced. Defo a good base if your travelling around.

The ground floor room had a window view into a narrow outside seating area surrounded by building and without any sight of the sky. There was a slight smell of damp in the room.

Location is close to the lakeside although has no view of it. The reception was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Many restaurants are close-by. The bed was comfortable.

My favourite feature of this hotel, which is what would make me recommend it to others is its wonderful manager, Isabella. She was incredibly welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She gave excellent recommendations for local dining and even made bookings for me - these were some of my favourite meals of my whole trip! The hotel is very close to the main bus station, and Como Nord, and ferry terminal, but is at least a 20min walk from the main train station on the other side of town. Very comfortable, relaxed stay.

The curtains are too thin, they do not really cover from the light, the shower in the wall, so you cannot adjust it and take quick shower without making hair wet, at the same time it was cold in the bathroom. The mattress was too hard.

Very good location, close to everything, there is a good restaurant just next door to it. Good pasta in the restaurant where we had the breakfast. It was nice to have bottles of water. The hostess is very nice and helpful.

The location is very convenient. It takes around 3 minutes to walk to the lake from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The manager (Isabella) is great, she is very nice, sweet and helpful.

Our room wasn't in a good location. It was on the base ground opposite the reception which is a community space with a kitchen so people always passed by and sat there to drink and chat. We had also a glass balcony door and our bad was in direct opposition to the door. So someone goes out to smoke a cigar, chat or whatever it is very disturbing, especially at night/evening. This should generate unpleasant situations between the guests.

Little bit cold, but air-conditioner helped. Also, not a good noise isollation (you could hear a few cars pass by through the window or what's happening in the stairway), but overall was quite quiet.
