Great hotel with amazing service! This was our second of two stays while visiting Italy. We stayed on our inbound and again on the outbound. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views from the bar and the restaurant where breakfast was served each morning. The staff is very attentive and helpful!

We loved our room; however the noise from the restaurant above us was rather loud as you could hear chairs being moved around. This was a bit challenging on the first night after such a long travel day. The staff was very understanding and worked to help with things. We were very appreciative of their attentiveness!

The hotel was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our rooms was spacious and clean. It was well stocked. The bar area had a wonderful view of the river and the sights across the ways. The appetizers and drinks were delicious! Breakfast was amazing each morning with such a variety of things to choose from.

During my stay over two periods in the hotel, I found everyone very welcoming, especially the hotel front office manager, Mr. Wael El Keblawi and Mr. Ahmed, and all the employees. The location was in close walking distance to the main attractions. The room was amazing with plenty of space and amenities. Staff where very friendly and helpful on all levels (the bell-boy, the registration, room service...etc). will definitely come back.

The rooftop bar was closed without being told beforehand and our room had no bath :(

The hotel is one of the best hotels in Rome. The room size is quite spacious in comparison to most hotels in Rome. They are very luxurious as well. The service could not be better, and the location is perfect (in the exact centre). I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, my only regret was not trying their breakfast, their restaurant is amazing. Special thanks to the front desk manager Wael El Keblawi for being so helpful and understanding, I’ve never felt so welcome in a hotel!

We couldn't see anything negative.

Especially the front office staff were very interested in us. The people at the reception are very interested and friendly. They are very fast and solution-oriented both at check-in and check-out. Although we arrived before the check in time, they helped us a lot. We would definitely want to stay here on our next visit to Rome.

Very good value for the money in Rome. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and well appointed. The bar upstairs has a beautiful view and is very comfortable. All the staff were always super professional and helpful. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

The only thing to improve is a better car to the airport. We asked for the transfer to the airport and the car was a bit outdated (with uncomfortable & noisy seats). It’s of course the taxi company and doesn’t belong to the hotel, but maybe it will help if the hotel can collaborate with a better taxi company that fits the level of the hotel:) but it was not really a problem just smth to improve.

It’s not our first time in the hotel and it was so lovely that the hotel personnel prepared the same room for us (in which we stayed last time) with a gorgeous panoramic view! We felt very special and welcomed here! Also the staff was very professional and responsive, loved it!

Celebrated my birthday here and the staff couldn’t have done more to make it special! From treating us to a meal in the restaurant the night before my birthday to bringing a cake with a candle and bottle of Prosecco the morning of - simply superb! Stunning and modern with a boutique feel and simply an amazing rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend going for a room with a view like we did, was so blissful to wake up there each morning!

Gosh, I don’t know where I can start The location is amazing The room is spectacular The view from the room is wonderful The stuff I mean, everybody was so helpful. Specially, Mr. Wael once he knew it’s our anniversary he made everything so we can never forget the time we celebrated our anniversary in Rome The rest of the staff are also very cooperative and helpful There was a lady in the restaurant she doesn’t take no for answer anything you ask she will make it happen. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. Thanks everyone in the first musical hotel for the special time me and my wife spent together.
