I’ve not expected much from breakfast but there is a room for improvement for sure. There isn’t any slippers in the hotel and you even need to go to the mini market to find them.

I’ve upgraded the room on arrival to the Cozy one from Shoebox. Shoebox is reeeeealy small and there is no bidet there. Desk agent was very nice and helpful. Room was quiet and cozy. Everyday cleaning. Good quality of tea, cream and coffee in the room. The hotel is located close to Villa Borghese so you can jogging or just walking there. Very nice place.

The room and the facilities were exactly like advertised. The hotel is fresh in its outlook and mindset. The lobby area (bar/restaurant) is awesome and welcoming. You really want to have that aperitivo drink by the fireplace before heading out. The breakfast is easy going, might use some more meal options but for a couple of mornings you will be ok. The location is away from the tourist crowds but in a 15 minute walking radius you have tons of restaurant options for the evening so you really do not have to go to the hotspots. It is a small hike from the metro so take that into account. Other than that, the hotel is just on the edge of Villa Borghese/ park and would stay here again for sure.

The rooms were perfect & definitely roomier than most other city hotel rooms. The staff were so helpful & made our stay very comfortable. Location wasn't an issue. A taxi into the centre was €10 & buses €1.50 which were running every 10mins. We also walked into the centre many days & it's a really nice walk through the park. There are Lime bikes & scooters everywhere so if your teens don't want to walk they can hop on/off these all over Rome. After a day shopping & sightseeing it was nice to get away from the busy centre. Lots of restaurants nearby & the hotel's restaurant was really good too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others visiting Rome especially if you're a family with older children.

There is some street noise that can't be avoided obviously but the windows could have been insulated better to combat that. Also make sure to check your final bill and compare it to what you know you spent because there were a few double charges and erroneous charges on our bill by accident which the hotel kindly removed when brought to their attention.

The coffee and pastries at Cugino in the lobby were delicious. It was nice to be able to lounge by the fire in the afternoons after a long day out exploring or in the morning before you started your day. The comfy room was larger than we had expected with plenty of room for a couple or a pair of close friends to spend 3-5 nights and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the proximity to Villa Borghese was great for us, we loved starting every day with a stroll through the park.

It’s a bit of a walk to the centre of Rome.

Beautifully designed hotel, the bar and lounge areas had great ambiance, lovely service provided by all staff, extremely comfortable bed. Everything was really clean and new. The food was really reasonably priced as well. It’s a short walk to Villa Borghese, which is such a beautiful part of Rome.

Noisy lobby in the evening, could hear the music at night even though we were on the 4th floor. Only instant coffee in the rooms. Restaurant menu is ridiculously expensive.

The hotel is newly renovated with a very distinctive style. The location is walking distance from villa borghese. The restaurant/bar is a great addition to the facility. We love it.

Hotel staff is very warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are cozy, beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in double room and the bed was comfortable. I must point out that the blankets were very soft and warm definitely good quality fabric. There is instant coffee maker in the room and a mini fridge. The bathroom looks pretty and I really liked the plumbing. Great job. Special mention to the fact that staff is very courteous. We asked if it was possible to check in early and they allowed us. I loved that they made room for this special request and exhibited great transparency. They even kept our luggage safe after we checked out. Incredible service.

We were at the 1-floor facing the street and sometimes it was a bit noisy, but nothing critical.

Even with the windows closed there is a lot of noise coming from the street at night, even during the night. Our room was just above the pickup space for the towels and sheets of the hotel, these are getting picked up at 3 in the night... This is no fun experience... It takes almost an hour, from 3 till 4 in the morning...

The decoration of the hotel is on point, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, big enough and clean. We loved the bar as a perfect apero place before heading to dinner. The hotel has free bikes (non electrical - should be mentioned as Rome is build upon the hills).

the room is a bit small but nothing too bad,they don’t have a concierge but the staff were a great help with there ideas and recommendations.other than that I think it’s great and u should surely visit it if your coming to Rome!!

the room and lobby were amazing and the decor was so unique,there is a window in the room which I like so u don’t feel suffocated,also the neighbourhood is super safe even at night,they also can help with any reservations you would like to book,over all I think this hotel is great and is a fantastic place to visit if you’re coming to Rome.
