Comfortable appartment with privat parking. Pizzeria downstairs. Very close to supermarket. I would advise to add some equippment to the kitchen ex.bread knife;)

The kitchen was not clean. There was a dirty cloth and cleaning pad. The cups were dirty. The pots and pans could not be used - we were thankful that we arranged for dinner to be delivered to us. Cooking breakfast was a mission. There is no microwave, no toaster and no egg lifter or whisk. Such potential to upgrade the offering with very little expenditure. The kitchen shelves could do with cleaning, the one draw had an old carrier bag stuffed into it, under the sink someone had discarded kitchen gloves. Unfortunately this apartment is right on a busy road with constant traffic throughout the night.

Such a pleasant Host He was so helpful. He arranged dinner for us to be delivered. Such a kind gesture.

The street is a busy one, loud throughout the night. The heating system was not very easy to manage.

Check out time was (as listed on a paper in the apartment) 10.30. The day of the check out, the cleaning lady was banging on our door just before 10 that we had to leave before 10. She was extremely rude and unfriendly and said that the owner told us check-out time was 10. But the owner did not tell us and the paper with information was clear. Check-out time is 10.30. This rude behavior of the cleaning lady was a big dissatisfier after a good stay. The family that rented the next door apartment had exactly the same experience as they were also checking out the same day. They were also very unhappy.

We came on a Monday, most of the things were closed, so the kids could not enjoy the playground as much as they could any other day The floors are screechy, you could hear even the neighbors above walk

Location is very convenient, a bit over 1km from the center. And it's along the alpe-adria cyclopath The apartment is nice and spacious, with AC and all needed comfort for a short stay The playgroud is great for kids Safe parking, we could leave the car for the needed few extra hours

Communication in English (both writing and phone) was a bit difficult. Had to wait cca 10-15 minutes in front of the building to get the key although arrivel time was well communicated.

Good location cca 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. Parking was free on the street opposite of the building. Perfect apartment for a group of friends for a short stay.

A lot of space for a big family, good restaurant downstairs with a lovely playing area for kids. Easy with parking. Well equipped. Great place for a stay on the way to more distant places in Italy.

Check-in instructions were not provided in advance, so it took some time till the host met me. The shower cabin was broken. Towels were provided, however, those seemed to have been folded wet and had an unpleasant smell.

Unfortunately everything else was bad experience. When we arrived in the afternoon and after checked in we found out the bed was broken and not being able to sleep om that bed.The guy that checked us in said he did not have time to change and will do it later in the afternoon. Internet was not working which messed up the plans for next day. The heaters were stoped and it was cold at night.

The location is about 20min walk to the city center. Parking is in the backyard gated. Staff were very nice.

Everything was OK

We decided to stay one night in Udine, before our summer vacation. This apt was great choice. Our kids were happy with Playground, my huseband was happy with nice terrace with view and i really aprecciated restaurant and lot of space for all of us. Looking forward to come next year again.

It has air conditioning. It is comfortable and clean. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional. We ordered food after our kids were in bed, and they brought it to us. If you want a comfortable place to sleep in with dark window shades, this is the place!

Everything was fine. House is next to the main road, but this is ok. Staff doesn't know English. Unable to book stay with kids.

Under the rooms there is pizzeria, and bakery with very tasty food. House has plenty of space and terraces.
